I think but I’m not sure we have the tech to (mostly)solve this: Require all pubescent males to go down to the fertility clinic and put enough of their squigglies on ice to last them a lifetime, then they get a free or reduced rate vasectomy.

The sperm would be divided and stored in at least 3 diff. places in case of fire or whatever.

Of course the commie trash would be against this because they’d have fewer inter-generational parasites to vote for a govt. check.

The now nearly dead ‘moral majority’ would be against it because, well, we can’t admit that teens want or have sex and we certainly can’t deny our sadistic bronze age god another soul to threaten with eternal torture.
