FK – Harper is a ‘conservative,’ right?
The legislation will now go to President Obama’s desk to be signed into law Tuesday evening.
The USA Freedom Act that was previously passed by the U.S. House of Representatives would, in effect, stop the NSA’s bulk surveillance collection and reform the programs that lapsed when the Patriot Act expired at midnight Sunday, after GOP presidential candidate, Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY), filibustered the spy program for 11 hours.
The first amendment that failed to pass was the McConnell-Burr amendment. According to the Guardian, this amendment would “Change the amicus on the Fisa court – the public-interests advocate who would argue, in part, about civil liberties concerns to the secret court that oversees many surveillance programs.”
McConnell and Senate Intelligence Committee Chairman Sen. Richard Burr (R-NC) wanted an amendment to the USA Freedom Act that extends the time for the government to transfer custody of phone records to private telecom companies from
FK – Every jerk that voted for the ‘Patriot Act’ without even reading it should be rounded up, tried for treason and executed for treason. How much longer Amerika?
And on to related themes:
FK – I wouldn’t hold my breath on that one. The elites have always attempted to manipulate the now red house.
FK – The ‘fringe’ is the best place to be. It’s where all the folks with a real conscience and brains hang out. One of my professors told us to ‘Not be afraid to read along the fringe.” If only he knew how seriously I took him. The ‘fringe’ is often the future.
FK – Still plenty of brain-dead zombies in this country. The question is are the rick folk turned off to Paul because of their allegiance to 3000-year-old tribal propaganda or the fact that his policies might cost them money?

FK – Darn, so much for sunbathing naked in my back yard. They’d charge me with assault of a Fed Nazi…
So is McCommie waking up? Not likely. I supported Comer because he probably stands a better chance of winning against the commiecrat. Maybe Bevin is what he purports to be. Many seem to be convinced of such:
FK – I object:
FK – The trash at the bottom of the screen needs to be kicked out of this country…
FK – I heard snippets of this yesterday on national propaganda radio. I blame them. All who voted for that enormous law without reading it should be arrested for treason, tried for treason and executed for treason. I knew at the time it was a sham and act of war against the REAL American people, not some raghead hiding in a cave on the other side of the world. It’s time to stop playing games. There’s no excuse for most of the crap they do. How much longer? Act politically but prep for what history shows will have to be done. It’s way past time to prep for what will be required.

FK – Who’s the guy in the blue suit coat? Why is he so nervous? And more importantly why aren’t they using these ‘exercises’ to catch illegals?
I really think this is all over blown. Could it be something serious, yes but not likely. Is it conditioning? Yes but not that much more than the crap they see on the weaponvision.
Just make note of the idiots around you in these areas and get ready for what will be required.
Seems to be the entire presentation:

FK – I’d be interested to know how Tim feels about disarming the civilian population and will he or not shoot the officer that commands him to do so????
I think this is being overblown overall by the alt. news media. But that doesn’t mean the ‘training’ couldn’t be used for malevolent purposes.
Is this the Gen. Cleveland he’s referring to?

FK – If this is real and the commies and NWO hacks in our govt. are allowing it to happen, who are our real enemies?
Direct link to the alleged new raghead vid.
FK – Who’s allowing this? Who are our real enemies? Don’t be suckered into looking for them in caves on the other side of the world. They’re right here. If 9/11 wasn’t an inside job someone certainly knew it was gonna happen.
What are they really prepping us for?

FK – Darn it, I usually have to watch her vids twice, once for aesthetic value and again to try to hear what she actually said.
The Patriot Act likely will not be repealed until enough Patriots go to the District of Commie Criminals and do what will be required.

FK – And here’s another good idea:
FK – That would only be a good start. Then we move on to the ‘progressive caucus,’ the republicrats, Wall Street banksters, and on and on, with vids of the executions on YouTube for the world to see.
Do you think we’re ‘safe’ from today’s military?:
Pentagon chief considers easing of enlistment standards
During 2006-07, the military steadily increased the number of bad behavior waivers as the services — particularly the Army and Marine Corps — struggled to meet deployment demands in Iraq and Afghanistan. The services let in more recruits with criminal records, including some with felony convictions, in order to meet recruiting quotas.
And in some cases, the services relaxed age restrictions, allowing older people to enlist or rejoin the military.
But as the wars dragged on and suicides, sexual assaults and other bad behavior by service members spiked, military leaders began to question whether there was a link to the relaxed enlistment standards.
Carter also is considering other changes to help ensure the military attracts the best and brightest, including programs to pay off student debt, improvements to the retirement, promotion and evaluation systems and doing more to allow sabbaticals for service members.
FK – Maybe they should start by getting the empire out of ‘foreign entanglements,’ bring the troops home and let them hunt our real enemies here so they can have some real pride in upholding and increasing Human Liberty:
This information drastically underrepresented the number of people being killed at hands of police officers thus giving an unclear perspective of what is actually transpiring on the streets of America.
New data, as reported by the Guardian, suggests that an average of 545 people killed by police went unaccounted for yearly on average in the FBI data.
The revised estimates put the annual number of people killed by cops at an average of 928 per year over the past eight years; a conservative estimate. This information contrasts with the 461 reported killed by police by the FBI for 2013, a difference of almost 450 killings or nearly 50 percent.
When looking at terrorism, the U.S. Department of State reports that only 16 non-military U.S. citizens were killed worldwide as a result of terrorism in 2013, the most recent year data there was available data.
What this means is that a U.S. citizen is actually 58 times more likely to be killed by a police officer than by a terrorist.

FK – In a free country there’s no such thing as a group whose motives cannot be questioned. If you have that you have a serious problem. We have a serious problem.
What percentage of early ‘jewish’ settlers in Palestine were European socialists? What percentage of modern ‘jews’ are secular Marxists? Why are the secular Marxists in this country now seemingly against the country/people they once so vehemently protected? Why have millions of mainstream ‘christians’ been indoctrinated in blind loyalty to ‘Israel?’ What is Reform Judaism?
And its ‘Commie Care.’ The klintons tried to do the same thing. Romney did it in Mass.
Real violence and TV violence are not the same. Even highly trained police officers confirm that when real-life shooting begins, the adrenaline rush that kicks in will often cause an experienced officer to empty his weapon even after the immediate threat has been neutralized, resulting in many shootings that were never intended. How do we balance those concerns against the image of an armed terrorist entering a school or house of worship with nobody inside who is trained and armed to respond, leaving us faced with the choice of cowering in fear or fighting armed attackers with our bare hands until our heroic first responders arrive on the scene, hopefully in time to prevent mass murder?
I am worried, however, about encouraging a plan that arms too many civilians. As someone who has spent 40 years in the criminal-justice system, I have been around guns and the people who use them for both good and bad reasons. I have seen the murder and mayhem that weapons can cause when used by criminals, but I also know of many cases in which guns were used by private citizens who, despite their best intentions, caused more harm than good, as well as cases in which a failure to safeguard the weapon resulted in horrific tragedy and the loss of innocent life.
FK – How about just forcing our governments to acknowledge the most basic right any human, any creature, possesses, that of self defense, the right to fight back against criminals whether they be in government, on the street, in the home or wherever?
But that ‘scares’ you too much doesn’t it? You’d rather a grandmother be beaten or a child be raped by thugs, when the victims aren’t otherwise capable of fighting back against superior strength or numbers in the several minutes to hours it can take for official ‘help’ to arrive.
Many millions of instances of self-defense with guns simply aren’t reported.
It’s time to put the governments of the world in their place, as servants to ‘we the people’ and not as our eternal masters.
A right applied for is a privilege. Life is not a privilege, it’s a right. The tools to defend said life are a right, not a privilege.
