I’m no Sanger fan but some of those quotes are very out of context considering the time period. Many grazers and breeders in those days had large families, born into abject poverty, a poverty that we today have a hard time comprehending.
I have older relatives who think that just because they have steak and ice cream and a big screen that everything must be OK. In addition, a gun technician who communicates “how-to” information about guns on the Internet (without purchasing a $2,250 State Department license) could be prosecuted and imprisoned.
If anti-gun Paeraeus is nominated and confirmed, we can expect these policies to be continued and expanded.

Do the same as California and Virginia, where we apply for an exception, as both states have complied with most of REAL ID, with the exception of the most egregious parts of the law.
If Kentucky is going to pass REAL ID compliance into our Driver’s License laws, then there needs to be a true opt out which should include:
No Biometrics.
No information collection and storage, only verification.
Maintain the current Religious Exemption.
Information Campaign at County Clerks offices about alternative forms of ID that would be acceptable for flights, if Kentucky was not to comply with REAL ID for our Driver’s Licenses.
