BLM Now Attacking Oregon Gold Miner

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ABLJMnB-6qA

FK – The problem is these old laws no longer benefit the rich, the oligarchs, and the citiot ‘environmentalists'(communists) who stupidly vote to keep them in power.

Gee, two govt. employees claim a sheeple threatened them. Which will the Federal Judge believe? They could have killed him and probably gotten away with it.

We need to be using the eco-commies to fertilize the trees so they can ‘get back to the Earth.’

Oh they consider us to be property alright, livestock. There’s nothing more important to understand than that.

FK – As always, democracy is evil. We need to demand Liberty and a global Bill of Rights that forces our would-be leaders to acknowledge our most basic right, self defense against them with weaponry inferior, equal, or superior to any carried by any soldier, Marine, militiamen, sailor in the world.

Ford’s new car will force you to obey the speed limit

Much as we’d like to emulate our NASCAR heroes, breaking the speed limit often comes at a price. Ford is hoping to prevent accidents and speeding tickets by introducing cars that can see what the speed limit is and preventing heavy-footed motorists from driving any faster. Ford’s Intelligent Speed Limiter tech will first appear on the new Ford S-Max that’s launching in Europe that could just change the way that we drive.

A camera mounted on the windshield scans the road signs on the sides of the highway and, when the vehicle enters a 20mph zone, the system reduces the top speed to match. Rather than controlling the speed with automatic braking, the car limits its own velocity by adjusting the amount of fuel being pushed to the engine.

FK – Ford can go to hell. Henry is spinning in his grave. But the PC corporate whores probably don’t care.

We’ll learn how to hack them, get our legislatures to ban them, or we’ll do what will be required.

Nashville readies for NRA, let the bashing begin

Upwards of 70,000 Second Amendment activists will descend this week on Nashville, where the National Rifle Association is holding its 144th annual members’ meeting and exhibits, and will hear from declared, and likely-to-declare, presidential candidates.

Indeed, NRA staff and members of the Board of Directors are already showing up, and finding a hotel room anywhere around the city just might be impossible. It could be one of the biggest NRA gatherings in recent years, the kind of event that makes gun prohibitionists shudder. And there’s a full schedule of events and activities.

Translation: It’s “Bash the NRA Week,” something of an unofficial, but annual, media frenzy to bloody the political waters whenever the association’s leaders and members gather for their annual convention. It’s as predictable as November rain in Seattle. To hear the NRA critics tell it, the organization is responsible for every tragedy under the sun. They want to arm criminals. They want to arm terrorists. They’re a shill for the gun industry.

FK – One wonders if attendees will be required to disarm before hearing their future masters speak as they did when I attended the NRA convention in Louisville a few years back. I well remember the idiots standing in line to listen to the McCommie neocon NWO hack speak.

There’s absolutely NO EXCUSE for such complicity on the NRA’s part, They are applying to be our elected public servants, not our masters. They are supposed to FEAR us. When they cease to fear us they begin to rule us. Oh, they already are because too many lack the resolve, the backbone or the gonads to comprehend what will be required.

More Than A Million New Yorkers May Get The Right To Vote For The First Time

The city council is currently drafting legislation that could be introduced as soon as this spring which would permit noncitizens who are legally documented residents to vote in municipal elections, according to The Guardian. Non-citizens currently make up around 21 percent of the voting age population of the city and almost one million of the 1.3 million non-citizens in New York are documented immigrants who would be enfranchised by the law change.

The proposal, which has been discussed since 2013, would let legal immigrants who have lived in the city for six months or more vote in municipal elections if they met the state’s voting requirements.

“New York immigrants contribute around $18.2 billion in New York state taxes annually, and that’s a sizable proportion of people with no representation in the city they invest in,” Joanna Cuevas Ingram, an attorney for LatinoJustice and a member of the Coalition to Expand Voting Rights, told ThinkProgress.

FK – Well, they may not be much more stupid than the average voter in that cesspool.

GOA Alert: Battle over Loretta Lynch Nomination Gets ‘Curiouser and Curiouser’

— Call, email and show up at Town Hall meetings of your Senators

Three months ago, the lapdog media was convinced that the confirmation of Attorney General nominee Loretta Lynch was a “slam dunk.”  Now, not so much.

Lynch, as you may remember, has been characterized as “Eric Holder in a skirt.”  She committed, under oath, to continue to push Holder’s unconstitutional anti-gun executive amnesty.  She is in favor of a semi-auto ban, which should be of interest at a time when the Justice Department is using every means possible to ban semi-autos by executive fiat.

In addition, when asked about the central pillar of Barack Obama’s anti-gun push — the universal background check/gun registry — she claimed not to really know anything about it.  Which leads to one of two conclusions:  Either Lynch is a liar and a perjurer or she is far too ignorant to be Attorney General.

Lynch’s nomination is particularly pivotal because she is viewed as being groomed to be the fifth anti-gun vote on the U.S. Supreme Court, replacing either Anthony Kennedy or Antonin Scalia. Of course, if Lynch were to be confirmed to the court — riding on the wings of her AG confirmation — both Heller and McDonald would be overturned.  The Second Amendment, as far as the courts are concerned, would be a nullity.

FK – The SCOTUS is NOT the final arbiter of our rights. We are. Time to prep for what will be required.

Kansas becomes the 6th constitutional carry state

Republican Gov. Sam Brownback gave his signature to a popular bill Thursday to allow lawful concealed carry of handguns in Kansas without a permit starting this summer.

Introduced to the state Senate in January with an impressive 26 co-sponsors, the bill passed that body with ease by a sweeping 31-7 vote before heading to the House in March where it was approved by a healthy 85-39 bipartisan margin.

“Responsible gun ownership, for protection and sport, is a right inherent in our Constitution,” Brownback said at Thursday’s signing ceremony. “It is a right that Kansans hold dear and have repeatedly and overwhelmingly reaffirmed a commitment to protecting.”

WV Governor VETOES Constitutional Carry Bill

Kansas constitutional carry proposal headed to governor’s desk

FK – And once again, this is why we desperately need a militia force in every county:

Federal Judge Rules Municipal Police Can Never Be Considered Soldiers

The tale told by Anthony Mitchell of how he and his family were robbed of these rights is compelling and cautionary.

Mitchell was sitting at home in Henderson, Nevada, on the morning of July 10, 2011, when the phone rang. Officer Christopher Worley of the Henderson Police Department was calling Mitchell to tell him that the police were going to take over his house. In order to gain “tactical advantage” over Mitchell’s next door neighbor, Officer Worley reportedly explained, police were going to set up shop in Mitchell’s house.

Mitchell was not asked if he would mind such a surrender of his home. The officer was informing Mitchell that they would be commandeering his house. In his legal complaint against the Henderson Police Department, Mitchell claims that he didn’t want to get involved with the police department’s operation against his neighbor and accordingly refused to let police occupy his home.

Not surprisingly, Mitchell’s refusal didn’t sit well with law enforcement. Again, according to Mitchell’s complaint, Officer David Cawthorn of the Henderson Police Department, one of the members of the force who were named as defendants in Mitchell’s lawsuit, “outlined the defendants’ plan in his official report: ‘It was determined to move to 367 Evening Side and attempt to contact Mitchell. If Mitchell answered the door he would be asked to leave. If he refused to leave he would be arrested for Obstructing a Police Officer. If Mitchell refused to answer the door, force entry would be made and Mitchell would be arrested.’”

It isn’t hard in the these times of police militarization to predict what happened next.

Just before noon, five (or more) officers of the Henderson Police Department “arrayed themselves in front of plaintiff Anthony Mitchell’s house and prepared to execute their plan,” according to the narrative laid out in Mitchell’s lawsuit.

After showing up at Mitchell’s door, the officers allegedly “banged forcefully” on his door and demanded that Mitchell and his family open up.

Seconds later, Mitchell claims, “officers … smashed open his front door using a metal ram.”

Standing in his living room in shock, Mitchell says that the officers “aimed their weapons” at him and ordered him “to lie down on the floor.” Fearing for his life, Mitchell complied.

FK – The trash involved in that fiasco should be arrested, tried and executed. In reality the militia should have been called so they could have dealt with them that day in the way they so rightly deserved.

21 Problems with the National Outcry About Indiana’s ‘Religious Freedom’ Law on One Map

Indiana’s controversial new bill signed into law is called the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA). The bill guarantees individuals the right to conduct business without ‘substantially burdening their ability to exercise their religion.’

It has been roundly condemned around the nation. Seattle’s mayor went so far as to issue a travel ban to Indiana for city workers, while San Francisco’s mayor is considering a ban on city funds being sent to the Hoosier state.

Nevertheless, the ‘extremely controversial’ RFRA is based on a 1993 Federal Law, which is also dubbed the Religious Freedom Restoration Act. It was signed into law by ‘right-wing extremist’ president Bill Clinton.

FK – This is all ‘political,’ something else for the ameri-commies to scream and froth at the mouth about.

The entire issue illustrates common human insanity, one absurd ‘extreme’ against another, calling what amounts to a birth defect or mental illness a ‘sin’ and making a political issue out of what should be a health issue.

By the same token ‘christians’ or whomever have the right to teach their children it’s a ‘sin,’ which is just as insane.
