The Anti-gun Left Declares War on Your Gun Rights

President Obama took to the airwaves on Sunday night and told the nation we need more gun control.

Hillary Clinton — the one who will most likely be the Democrat nominee for president in 2016 — recently called for an all-out war on guns, as well.

And then, for the first time since 1920, the New York Times published an editorial on the front page of their newspaper.

This is important because the editorial page of the Times reflects the thinking of the anti-gun Democrat Left.

And what is the theme of the Times‘ most important message in nearly a hundred years?

In two words:  Gun Confiscation.

Gun Owners of America wants to thank you — our grassroots army — for taking action on such short notice yesterday.

The Second Amendment community handed Barack Obama a humiliating defeat — a drubbing that he is not likely to recover from anytime soon.

And this comes just a few weeks after the Oregon community college tragedy … one week after the horror in Colorado Springs … and one day after the carnage in San Bernardino.

Obama has been nursing his bruised ego since gun owners handed him a stunning defeat in April, 2013.

Repeatedly, Obama has said that he is more frustrated by you — the Second Amendment community — than he is by ISIS.

But yesterday, that frustration reached new levels.

FK – It’s not ‘ignorance.’ Our domestic blood enemies know full well what they do. If we had a nation of men they’d be hanging from the newly installed granite gallows in front of the capital and now red house.

If we were to take the ideological pronouncements of Marx and Lenin at face value, we would believe — as have millions of their deluded disciples — that the uprising of the workers was inevitable, and that all that was to be done was to mobilize the underclass through propaganda, thereby sparking universal revolution. Of course, this premise is invalid, yet it remained inflexible doctrine among Communists — at least, for public consumption.

However, the hard core of the Communist movement consisted of ruthless criminals, clear-eyed in their understanding of the intellectual errors of Marxism, who were willing to employ any necessary means to obtain the power they sought. For such hardened, hate-intoxicated conspirators, ideology is a tactic, a means of mobilizing supporters and rationalizing criminal actions.

Those who accept uncritically the idea that “Communism is dead” fail to understand the true nature of the enemy. Communism is not an ideology in which one believes. Rather, it is a criminal conspiracy in which one enlists. Although Lenin professed to revere Marx’s scribblings as sacred writ, once his Bolsheviks had seized power in Russia, Lenin freely modified Marxism to suit his needs. The same was true of Stalin. The Bolsheviks did not come to power in Russia by any uprising of the workers and peasants, but by a coup d’etat, orchestrated by a tightly disciplined Marxist cadre and ultimately consolidated by civil war. They also received — lest it be forgotten — critical help from Western political and banking elites.

FK – Good history on communism but I can’t agree with blindly returning to the ancient tribal propaganda which was/is often forced on those who don’t wish to exist according to its edicts. If the human race is to survive we must stop choosing between the various forms of authoritarianism and strive for real human Liberty. This would not include following any religion that baptizes babies to save their souls from eternal hellfire or cajoles little kids into ‘gettin’ saved’ for the same reason. How sad that the human race for all its accomplishments is still a very primitive species and still exists in a very dark age.

Gun Owners of America Challenging Federal Machine Gun Ban

On November 2, Gun Owners of America (and its foundation) joined forces with Dick Heller — the very one who beat DC’s gun ban before the Supreme Court in 2008.

Working in tandem, Gun Owners filed a brief in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit in support of a challenge to the federal machine gun ban, which was stuck on at the last minute to an otherwise pro-gun bill in 1986.

First and foremost, Gun Owners argues that the “arms” protected by the Second Amendment include fully automatic weapons, and that Supreme Court opinions have bolstered this view.

Our brief explains that the Second Amendment is not about hunting or target shooting, but about the preservation of liberty.

Paul Ryan Tells Sean Hannity He Will Not Support Any Cuts To Muslim Immigration: ‘That’s Not Who We Are’

In an interview with Sean Hannity on Fox News, Ryan declared that considering an applicant’s religion would not be “appropriate” and would be fundamentally un-American— insisting “that’s not who we are.”

In his questioning of Ryan, Hannity cited populist thought leader Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL), who chairs the Senate Immigration Subcommittee and whose office has put out a series of analyses in recent months detailing the enormous scope of immigration into the United States in general, as well as the vast scope Muslim immigration in particular.

Since 9/11, the U.S. has accepted more than 2 million immigrants, refugees and asylees from predominantly Muslim nations. Sessions has repeatedly called on Congress to reduce the number of green cards issued, including in an op-ed last week one day prior to the Paris attack.

“Eighty-three percent of voters want to see projected immigration growth reduced — which means Congress must take up and pass a bill to reduce the number of visas handed out each year,” Sessions wrote. “Congress should immediately begin to move popular immigration reforms that would be backed by overwhelming majorities of voters, including… blocking the president from using federal funds to unilaterally expand the costly refugee resettlement program.”
