I had just spent weeks in military training with little opportunity for ‘release’ as he called it and developed a prostrate infection. He asked me if I had a girlfriend, not a wife(I was in college at the time) and told me I should seek a ‘daily release.’ At that age I had no problem taking him at his word.
Porn exists because we have so many ‘humans'(loosely defined) that are ugly and or prone to be fat. Well there are ‘men’ that will insert their penises into anything with a vagina. I couldn’t and can’t understand that especially when one realizes 25 years of child support court could be hard enough to deal with without having to make payments to some ugly chick and another ugly child in a world that has too much of that already.
I’d NEVER want to be guilty of that.
Most of time those who are against ‘porn,’ and I’ve never liked so-called ‘hard-core’ porn, are those who will happily tell us we just need to graze and breed our way through our existence in this world and wait for some sadistic saviour to come beam us up like they are.
But as I’ve noted before most of the time when some ignoramus is telling me what I need to be doing it’s based on what they’re doing and usually there’s nothing about their existence that I envy.
Neither would I want to be guilty of producing another child for their sadistic asshole of a god to hold over hellfire and say “Be my good mindless obedient slave or I’ll burn you alive forever.”
As always it’s up to parents to monitor their kids net activity. This can be hard when so many let their kids have smart phones that common or internet sense says will allow them to access a lot of stuff they might not be ready to see.
When I was a young teenager others my age would buy their mags from a local drug or grocery store. This was before the ‘moral majority’ reared its head in the 80s. My provider early in high school was another kid in school. At the time it was often the only real ‘sex ed’ we had, the class called-such in school having to mold itself to the PC of the day, local culture, whatever.
Now we’ve gone from one insanity to another and teach 5-year-olds about Margie’s two mommies and Danny’s two daddies or that it’s OK if Jim wants to be Jane and start wearing dresses and make up.
The crazies won’t be helped by the culture war or ‘Waking up is hard to do’
Children and young adults should be taught at appropriate ages, before they can get pregnant or cause such, about both the biology of their bodies and the cultural/personal implications of mindlessly bending to their third most basic desire/need without discussing a bronze age concept of ‘sin’ and laying on a lifetime of guilt.
There will always be those who fall through the cracks and don’t waste their time in this world in exchange for money so they can pay interest to the banksters and income taxes to the IRS and tithes to the church that lies to them once a week.
The ignorant often look at them and can’t tell which are really wasting their lives and which are trying to tell them something. The latter usually eventually realize they might as well be talking to the cows in the pasture.
We had ‘addictions’ way before the net, and the printing press and on and on. Sex is addictive because of the biological necessity of a species reproducing itself. Sex is the bait, marriage is the trap. Twenty-five years of child support payments that stemmed from 30 seconds of pleasure are the teeth in the trap.
A young teen male can fap off several times a day, so the ‘academic’ effect of such may simply be a time factor. At 14 I was on full auto but I was expected to pretend that sex didn’t exist. How absurd.
