Will Sen. McConnell force the ATF to cry “uncle” on the AR-15 Ammo Ban?

ACTION: Contact both of your Senators, and Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, as well.  Ask them to hold up the Loretta Lynch nomination, particularly if the ATF continues its crusade to wage war on AR-15’s by banning common ammunition, such as SS109 and M855 ammo.

The “Ball” is now in McConnell’s Court

The Senate Judiciary Committee is expected to advance, on Wednesday, the nomination of Loretta Lynch to be Attorney General.

This, of course, comes roughly a week since the ATF announced its intention to ban common “green tip” AR-15 ammunition.

Once the nomination is voted out of committee, it goes to the full Senate.  But whether she gets a vote in the full chamber is entirely up to Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell.

As a tactical matter, Gun Owners of America is encouraging the Senate to postpone any vote on the Attorney General nominee.  After all, this is what we’re dealing with:

* Loretta Lynch is a protégé of anti-gun New York Senator Chuck Schumer;

* Lynch has made it clear that she would continue to enforce Barack Obama’s unlawful amnesty “executive actions” (which would, ultimately, add 8 million anti-gun voters to the rolls);

* Lynch was asked about the Justice Department’s efforts to eradicate the Second Amendment by cutting off credit under Operation Choke Point — and she feigned ignorance;

* Lynch is expected to continue every unlawful anti-gun action by Holder, including the pending effort to demonize AR-15’s by banning certain AR-15 ammunition;

* There is no evidence that Lynch is less anti-gun than the current Attorney General Eric Holder — and her public record has gained Lynch the well-deserved nickname “Holder in a skirt”; and,

* Unlike Holder, Lynch is being groomed to fill the Kennedy or Scalia seat on the Supreme Court, resulting in the reversal of the pro-gun rulings in the Heller and McDonald cases.

FK – Ask McConnell why it hasn’t introduced legislation to repeal GCA ’68, the NFA, shut down the BATF Nazis, try them for treason and give their retirement funds to their victims.

Commie watch – The Tea Party is Getting Worse: Media May Want a New Narrative, but GOP is Still Nuts

It’s not over in the U.S. Congress, where a shutdown-in-miniature is unfolding between the White House and the Tea Party wing of the GOP. It’s not over in Wisconsin, where a Tea Party-darling governor is slashing the state university system’s funding, changing its mission statement (while lying about it), and fighting tooth and nail to humiliate people on government benefits. It’s not over in North Carolina, where a billionaire-backed Tea Party government is also going after the public university system in its effort to turn the state into Kansas. And it’s not over in South Carolina, where one state representative hopes to mainline National Rifle Association propaganda to a generation of public school students.

Let’s stick with the South Carolina example for a moment, because I think it tells us much about the contemporary GOP’s character. According to Kimberly Johnson of Al Jazeera America, the recent decision on the part of PTR Industries, a gun manufacturer, to move its headquarters from Connecticut to South Carolina has inspired Republican state Rep. Alan Clemmons to propose what he’s calling the “Second Amendment Education Act.” As the name implies, the bill would “provide all public elementary schools, middle schools, and high schools” with “instruction in the Second Amendment” for no fewer than “three consecutive weeks in one grading period in each academic year.” The curriculum would be written by the NRA, of course.

FK – I knew what the snake flag stood for before the ‘tea party’ was cool. I knew we needed “Liberal”(commie) trash season years ago.

Here’s the article about the “No Rights that aren’t Allowed’ group maybe doing something right:

The Hard Right in Congress Has a Dangerous Plan to Strip American ‘Terrorists’ of Their Citizenship

FK – We should be stripping the hard corps “Liberal”(commie) trash activists, by whatever cute names they call themselves, of their fake ‘citizenship’ and shipping the creatures out of the country. They can’t be traitors, for one can’t be a traitor to something one has always hated. They’ll do the same to us if they can, if they can’t ‘re-educate’ us in a FEMA camp.

This is a multi-front war. Be political but understand that our domestic blood enemies will never just throw up their hands and say “Sorry we bothered you. We’re going home now to live in peace and Liberty with our neighbors.” Won’t happen.Best to prepare for what will be required.

Vanderboegh speech highlights gun advocate divide

Much is being made of Mike Vanderboegh calling an unsafe demonstrator a “moron” in a preliminary talk he gave before his main speech yesterday at the Washington State Capitol in Olympia. Contrary to some of the arguments being made, using that term for someone who ignored specific gun handling cautions is not equivalent to others who have invoked the word “extremist.”

Some of the detractors of yesterday’s actions are missing something big here in the rush to disparage and condemn actions they don’t agree with. And yes, no argument, more edicts may be enacted as retaliation against hard core protests by oath-breaking political opportunists we all ought to recognize as the true extremists. The thing is, these defiant citizens are going to disobey any future edicts, too. What government enforcers do after that will determine the reactions of those who will not obey them.

We’ve moved into new territory, or more precisely, been moved into it whether we want to go or not. And the only thing those who disagree with such direct tactics can do about it is side with the antis, the same people who would call them extremists.

FK – Maybe the guy is a moron. But then we have to slice and dice all the versions of that.

This is war. We’re gonna have fakers, psyops, idiots, double agents and on and on.

In the Militia we used to have a saying: “If there’s five guys at a Klan meeting three of them are probably FBI agents.” Look up ‘Hutaree Militia’ and see how the Fed Nazis failed to railroad them into prison.

Lot’s of ground has been gained by ‘working within the system’ that the Founders bequeathed to us. The keys are defining that so that we aren’t just playing dupes to our domestic blood enemies who’d call us ‘extremists’ because we throw a rock at a rabbit in our garden if it was advantageous to them and if rocks were all we had left.

The other key is being ready for what will be required. Our domestic blood enemies will never, that’s the ‘never’ that’s in the dictionary, throw up their evil despicable little hands and say “Oh sorry we bothered you, we’re going home now to live in peace and Liberty with our neighbors.” Won’t happen. They’ve invested way too much time and money in the destruction of this country and the Bill of Rights. They will not walk away without a fight.

This means that when they say “Turn them in,” and the first raids happen and/or there’s a ‘gun turn-in point’ we’re ready to respond with the necessary force to stop them dead in their tracks. Why hasn’t the NRA focused on this as they should have long ago? I know, it’s a rich boys club and they’re too busy maintaining the status quo, for a short answer. Plus a lot of them are simply cowards.

Whatever starts the blood war, and it might not be over guns as events in Nevada last year so clearly proved, we shouldn’t rush headlong into it, but simply know ourselves and ‘know our limitations’ as a famous movie character liked to say. If all the ‘good people’ got off their mental and physical asses we could take our country back, but it would still be a costly affair, for the “Liberal”(commie) trash are just as sincere about enslaving all of us as we are about preventing them from doing so.

Saturday rally to illustrate new paradigm in gun rights advocacy

“Gun Owners Prepare for Arrest at WA State Capitol,” Kit Lange of The Patrick Henry Society reported Monday. “Liberty activists and gun owners organized by Liberty for All and The Patriots Stand are converging at the WA State Capitol in Olympia on Saturday at a rally meant to protest and violate new rules imposed by the legislature banning open carry in public viewing galleries.”

Lange was referring to the Our Capitol Our Rights response to politicians closing off open carry of firearms in the legislature. Armed activists will be going there this weekend to test the new rule by disobeying it.

Among those going is my friend and colleague, citizen journalist, blogger, public speaker, activist and founder of the “Three Percent” movement, Mike Vanderboegh. There has been no shortage of criticism for the actions and intentions of the open carriers, and by that I mean from the “pro-gun” side. I have had doubts of my own about the wisdom of Mike participating in the event, which I expressed to him in a private email, and consented to allowing him to post it for others to read and comment on.

Many of those doubts have since been partially allayed by seeing some concerns addressed, particularly that legal counsel has been identified and potential consequences understood, that funding is being established to help with legal costs, and that communications are being set up to provide real time information to offsite monitors and interested parties as events unfold.

FK – “Besides, to doctrinaire monopoly of violence cultists, “extremist” is a term used by “progressive” apparatchiks as a weapon against good Americans who believe in the right to keep and bear arms. “Moderates” in the pro-gun camp inclined to repeat that charge against determined open carriers need to be reminded that it will be leveled against them soon enough the next time they promote or oppose a bill.”

Please allow me to correct the above: … “extremist” is a term used by “progressive” apparatchiks as a weapon against good Americans who believe in basic human Liberty, property rights, The Bill of Rights, small limited government, keeping our own wages without governments stealing any part of them before they even reach our hands, our most basic right, the right to fight back against and kill if necessary those who would enslave us further or prevent us from cutting through the chains that have been wrapped around us a link at a time, beginning generations before any alive were born.

No amerikans alive today have known Liberty.

The Founders who stood at Lexington Green were practicing ‘civil disobedience’ when they killed government employees and proceeded to kill them all the way back to Boston. This process will eventually have to be repeated if this mess is to be fixed if it can be fixed.

During that first struggle patriots had to contend with fakers, spies, counter spies, cowards who would have settled for a little bit of freedom. Nothing has changed that much about human nature.

Our domestic blood enemies are after the whole pie, not a few slices. See Agenda 21.

Our weapons are simply tools we will have to use in the war. They are not the reason for the war that has been raging for decades by other means. Our enemies within will ultimately settle for nothing less than total victory.

What should we settle for?

Updated: Washington State Patriots Preparing To Be Arrested, Will Not Back Down!

Rights rally Feb. 7, I-594 repeal referendum bill announced

A proposed referendum to the people to repeal Initiative 594 will apparently be introduced today by State Representative Graham Hunt (R-Second District), as organizers of an “Our Capitol, Our Rights” rally this Saturday are urging people to protest the ban on open carry in Capitol House and Senate visitors’ galleries, and during public hearings in nearby office buildings.

The ban has drawn criticism from many Second Amendment activists, though others in the firearms community have been critical of the demonstrators whose action set in motion the chain of events. Southwest Washington activist Rick Halle with the Gun Rights Coalition sent an impassioned letter to the Washington State Patrol underscoring his concerns.

The text of Graham’s measure, HB 1886, is fairly simple. It would send the 18-page gun control measure, passed by voters last November, back to the voters at the next general election. Since it took effect Dec. 4, the measure has been publicly ignored by protesters and criticized by some officials, and is the subject of a lawsuit by the Second Amendment Foundation, and several private citizens.

It’s the second such proposal. A bill was introduced in mid-January by State Rep. Matt Shea to repeal the measure outright. Despite support from activists and the Citizens Committee for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms, that measure isn’t likely to go anywhere.

FK – Democracy is two wolves and a sheeple voting on lunch. Liberty is a well-armed patriot contesting the vote.

Our blood domestic enemies know this, that’s why they want us disarmed before enough come to grips with what will be required.

‘One Percenters’ may find escape leads to trap of their own making

Dobyns prepares ‘21 questions’ for indifferent-to-date legislators

Determined not to let a thus-far deliberately indifferent Congress ignore the wider implications of “fraud upon the court” by Department of Justice lawyers in his case, retired ATF Agent Jay Dobyns has prepared a list of 21 questions lawmakers should ask of Attorney General Eric Holder and ATF Director B. Todd Jones. He posted the queries, along with links to media accounts, on his website Friday, and mirrored it to elicit support from forum members on CleanUpATF, the site that first posted allegations of “walked” guns from Operation Fast and Furious being found at the murder scene of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry.

“Congress doesn’t need to hold hearings on this,” Dobyns maintains. “They simply need to draft a letter to Attorney General Eric Holder and ATF Director B. Todd Jones demanding truthful and complete answers. This is all it will take. If the AG and Holder will answer honestly, this will be soon be resolved for good.”

He’s making big assumptions, particularly that the Holder DOJ will be inclined to do anything but stonewall, that is, continue with the same pattern of obstruction that resulted in contempt of Congress charges against the defiant attorney general. That said, the prospect of seeing this play out will give further evidence to the public of just how little the administration values fair trials and rule of law when they perceive an advantage undermining both.

That won’t happen unless and until lawmakers responsible for oversight stop ignoring the unprecedented action of a federal judge (and a Clinton appointee at that) sidelining seven United States attorneys from a case due to fraud. Why they have remained silent so far, while troubling, is hardly unexpected to those of us involved in the early days of Fast and Furious, when the media, the Congress, and even some “pro-gun groups” had to be dragged kicking and screaming — and even harangued — into calling attention to another clear record of government-sponsored lawlessness.

FK – Why aren’t the ‘gun groups’ pushing hard to simply shut down the BATF Nazis and repeal ‘all’ the gun laws?

Yes we can, prepare for what will be required.

Jews And Guns

Besides the extraordinary cost of maintaining a full-time force that will always be at their stations, we must also worry about the prospect of collateral damage that an armed volunteer can cause when missing his target, for example, or if the weapon falls into the hands of a child or someone not properly trained in the use of guns, or into the hands of a person intent on doing evil.

Real violence and TV violence are not the same. Even highly trained police officers confirm that when real-life shooting begins, the adrenaline rush that kicks in will often cause an experienced officer to empty his weapon even after the immediate threat has been neutralized, resulting in many shootings that were never intended. How do we balance those concerns against the image of an armed terrorist entering a school or house of worship with nobody inside who is trained and armed to respond, leaving us faced with the choice of cowering in fear or fighting armed attackers with our bare hands until our heroic first responders arrive on the scene, hopefully in time to prevent mass murder?

I am worried, however, about encouraging a plan that arms too many civilians. As someone who has spent 40 years in the criminal-justice system, I have been around guns and the people who use them for both good and bad reasons. I have seen the murder and mayhem that weapons can cause when used by criminals, but I also know of many cases in which guns were used by private citizens who, despite their best intentions, caused more harm than good, as well as cases in which a failure to safeguard the weapon resulted in horrific tragedy and the loss of innocent life.

FK – How about just forcing our governments to acknowledge the most basic right any human, any creature, possesses, that of self defense, the right to fight back against criminals whether they be in government, on the street, in the home or wherever?

But that ‘scares’ you too much doesn’t it? You’d rather a grandmother be beaten or a child be raped by thugs, when the victims aren’t otherwise capable of fighting back against superior strength or numbers in the several minutes to hours it can take for official ‘help’ to arrive.

Many millions of instances of self-defense with guns simply aren’t reported.

It’s time to put the governments of the world in their place, as servants to ‘we the people’ and not as our eternal masters.

A right applied for is a privilege. Life is not a privilege, it’s a right. The tools to defend said life are a right, not a privilege.

Earth shaking: Newspaper editorial lauds gun rights leader

Gottlieb, who chairs the Citizens Committee for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms, was credited for providing “the voice of reason” in an ongoing, and rancorous debate over last week’s open carry incident in Olympia that led to a ban on open carry in the House and Senate public galleries. Gottlieb is working this week at the annual Shooting, Hunting and Outdoor Trade (SHOT) Show in Las Vegas.

The editorial quoted Gottlieb, who said the open carry prohibition is “the result of a few stupid extremists on our side who not only handled their firearms unsafely, but made hundreds of Second Amendment supporters at the rally look foolish.” The comment has drawn flack, but also support, from gun owners, as confirmed by a discussion at Northwest Firearms.

According to the Columbian, the outdoor rally, at which Gottlieb spoke, “was a reasonable protest.” However, parading inside the House chambers “served to harm their cause,” the editorial stated. “It served to suggest that many gun owners are not sensible folks. It served as a misguided attempt to intimidate those who believe that crowded public spaces are not the proper forum for carrying loaded guns.”

FK – Criticizing them for simply carrying their most basic right into the presence of their ELECTED PUBLIC SERVANTS is wrong. Criticizing them for jacking around with said weapons indoors is another thing.

Our ELECTED PUBLIC SERVANTS are supposed to FEAR us!.

Apparently there are many of them that need constant reminding that someday crowds of real men might show up and render the creatures the real justice most of them so rightly deserve. How pathetic that we haven’t already. After NAFTA was passed 30 million of us should have gone to the district of commie criminals and hung lots of expensive suits along Pennsylvania Ave.

When the BATF Nazi trash murdered women and children at Mt. Carmel, Texas there should have been black-suited Nazis hanging along the highways. Too many were asleep then and too many slumber now, oblivious. But we’ve had the internet for 15 years now so there’s no excuse for willful ignorance and no excuse for why all the ‘gun rights’ organizations have not helped organize, arm and train a militia force in every county in this country to deal with this burgeoning evil.

The only battle in this ongoing war we’re winning at all is the ‘gun rights’ one. It’s only one scene in the big picture show. War is being waged on this country and the Bill of Rights from within. Our real enemies who really ‘hate freedom’ are right here, not hiding in a cave on the other side of the world. A Second Amendment that is used only for hunting and extravagant range competitions is a toy that can be regulated and taken.

After all these years there seem to be many that don’t understand our domestic blood enemies will take a parsec if given an inch, will always take 3 steps forward and 2 steps back if necessary and will only ‘compromise’ when it’s in their evil favor and take any and all favorable or ‘friendly’ response as a victory.

And they’re not traitors. One cannot be a traitor to something one hates. They are our enemies.

We should be dealing with the trash as it is. We allegedly don’t negotiate with terrorists why do we negotiate with trash?

It’s way past time to prepare for what will be required.
