This can happen because a citizen”adjudicated” by SSA* needs help managing finances, something everyone unable to decipher all the various federal, state and county/municipal tax codes and reporting requirements and schedules could well admit to. That can now be used to make certain these citizens are defenseless.

Repeal ‘all’ gun laws.
Forbid any govt. agency from making ‘law.’ Yes, it could be done.
Possibly passing an amendment to the constitution that reads something like this – “Whoever seeks to disarm the common people, as in ‘We the people,’ through any form of ‘gun control,’ and all gun control is about that ultimate goal, is to be tried for treason and executed.’
The republicrat party controlled the now red house and the congress during the Dubya years. Did they return our govt. to its original form and intent? Of course not. We will have to force them to. The republicrat party was after all the original party of big government. Read “The Real Lincoln.”

FK – I’ve long wondered why they pay out to old wealthy(financially secure) people who don’t need the money. It’s simple. They need their votes to keep the system in place. Think about that one.
Well, while many non-violent offenders are being let off the hook — and even some violent offenders who plea bargained down to “non-violent” offenses — the bill actually increases penalties for many law-abiding (non-violent) gun owners.
Hence, section 105 of S. 2123 increases — from 10 to 15 years — the potential prison sentences for “prohibited persons” and for those who merely possess a new machine gun, even if they are licensed under the NFA.
Have a gun, go to jail … for a long time!
Regarding the penalties for “prohibited persons,” the increased penalties in the bill would include the more than 175,000 veterans who have lost their gun rights, if there is still a gun anywhere in the house.
And it would include the 4.2 million seniors whom Obama proposes to strip of their gun rights by doing a computer search of social security.
Think about it: While this bill lowers sentences for many offenders, it raises the penalties for law-abiding gun owners who have had their gun rights stripped from them — like veterans and seniors mentioned above.
FK – This is why we need a militia in every county in the country. Any time any BAFT Nazi trash tries to railroad anyone into prison it should be hunted along with any shysters participating. It’s garbage and should be treated as such.

Dr. Stephanie Seneff, who made these remarks during a panel presentation in Groton, MA last week, specifically cites the Monsanto herbicide, Roundup, as the culprit for the escalating incidence of autism and other neurological disorders.
Roundup, which was introduced in the 1970’s, contains the chemical glyphosate, which is the focal point for Seneff’s concerns. Roundup was originally restricted to use on weeds, as glyphosate kills plants. However, Roundup is now in regular use with crops. With the coming of GMO’s, plants such as soy and corn were bioengineered to tolerate glyphosate, and its use dramatically increased. From 2001 to 2007, glyphosate use doubled, reaching 180 to 185 million pounds in the U.S. alone in 2007.
