Feds Panic on Mass Common Core Test Refusals, Threaten Reprisals

Public resistance to Common Core is exploding across America, and officials are not happy about it. The Obama administration’s Department of Education, along with pro-Common Core government officials across the country under pressure from the feds, appear to be in panic mode. Facing a growing nationwide “opt out” movement to refuse participation in the unconstitutional federally funded testing regime aligned with the Obama-backed national school standards, senior bureaucrats, including Education Secretary Arne Duncan, have actually started resorting to lawless threats against parents, teachers, students, and entire state governments. Some parents were threatened by officials with jail time. Even small children are being punished by the state for “opting out” of the deeply controversial tests, with one California mother telling The New American that her daughter was publicly denied ice cream in retaliation.

But so far, the threats are only emboldening the opposition.

Perhaps the most outrageous threat so far came from Obama’s education chief, Duncan, who boasted in recent years of using government schools to create “green citizens” with UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization) as a “global partner.” Late last month, Duncan, who was greeted by protesters urging him to “stop test bullying,” threatened federal intervention to force Americans to take the Common Core tests if states would not do the job. “We think most states will do that,” Duncan proclaimed at an Education Writers Association conference in Chicago. “If states don’t do that, then we [the federal government] have an obligation to step in.” In reality, of course, the federal government has an obligation under the U.S. Constitution to butt out. But despite swearing an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution, including the 10th Amendment, Duncan has led the charge in recent years to finish federalizing the government school system — and to use it as what he called a “weapon” to “change to world.”

Sounding oblivious to America’s federalist system of constitutional government, Duncan proclaimed that he expected state governments to hold “districts’ and schools’ feet to the fire on this,” as if state governments were mere administrative units to enforce decrees from the all-powerful federal executive branch. Hundreds of thousands of students in New York recently opted out. Almost nobody took the tests in some districts amid a full-scale uprising by teachers, students, and parents. In Chicago, where even the teachers’ union has blasted the federal takeover, school officials were threatened with the loss of more than $1 billion in state and federal “education aid” if not enough students were successfully coerced into taking the Common Core-aligned tests. Still, few details were provided on what it might look like to have the Obama administration “step in” and force students to take the controversial tests — an outrageous threat he also made in a discussion with Motoko Rich of the New York Times.

FK – All this seems far more bizarre than the ‘education reform’ the commie globalists have attempted in the past. Their arrogance has exceeded their grasp but will it exceed the tolerance of enough real Americans so that they will see the necessity of doing what will be required?

FK – I’m not defending the Marxist trash that we should be hunting but their words don’t equal killing sheeple or people off. But I must agree with them that there are too many so-called humans(loosely defined) walking around.

We could probably feed billions more but who the hell wants to exist like that? We should be working on birth control and education and putting factories and stores in these ‘developing’ countries while keeping real jobs here with real wages. Sorry, NAFTA that was passed by ‘the party of the little man’ and signed by ‘our first black president’ in the 90s took care of that.

It might be cheaper than bombing them and within a few generations or so when their kids forget about allah and yahweh and the assorted mythologies that tell the ignorant to ‘populate the Earth because you’re gonna get beamed up soon but pay your taxes and send your spawn to the government schools’ the people who are here might figure out how to have real lives instead of living in squalor or wasting 50 weeks a year going to some corporate shithole that demands they tolerate being treated like jackasses.

Look at it this way, more sheeple means more ignorant voters.

Colleges Teach 1st Amendment Suppression

FK – The universities, full of Marxist trash as they are, are third or fourth in line for the war crimes trials.

FK – How about ‘Liberty Now!’?

I count my college years as some of the best of my life, but at that time I didn’t understand how my Marxist/ignorant professors weren’t teaching what really mattered.

Students who borrow should be required to submit some kind of a business plan: future job projections, future possible earnings, etc. But even more the whole ‘college experience’ needs to change. Get the Marxist professors out of the classrooms. They don’t belong in this country much less as indoctrinators of young people. Lots of courses could be taught online, for affordable prices. Testing could involve what students know, not regurgitating paragraphs at random.

ABC Family’s ‘The Fosters’ Airs Youngest-Ever Gay Kiss Between Two 13-Year-Old Boys

The ABC Family drama The Fosters made television history Monday night for featuring the youngest ever dramatized gay kiss, as characters Jude and Connor, both 13, locked lips after some awkward flirting.

FK – I have to agree with them on one point, a family should equal love. That means we shouldn’t look at these kids who are obviously suffering from a birth defect or mental illness and declare: “You’re committing a SIN and you deserve to burn in HELL!” Nor should we be lying to them about how ‘happy, healthy, and carefree’ the ‘gay lifestyle’ is.

We should be looking for real cures or prevention if medically possible. That won’t happen as long as idiots are yelling at one another.

Free speech on campus

FK – I’m glad he’s finally targeting his real enemies, not that the ragheads aren’t an issue. But the ragheads are gaining ground because of ‘laws’ passed by “Liberal”(commie) trash in western civilization. But he still needs to learn what the Zionists really are and how dangerous they are… Most modern ‘jews’ are secular Marxists and couldn’t care less about being some god’s ‘chosen’ except as a political tool. In a free country there’s no such thing as a group whose motives cannot be questioned.

There’s no such thing as a ‘right’ to work toward the enslavement of others.

Common Core Testing Regime Ruled Unconstitutional

In a development with massive implications for the Obama administration’s ongoing attempt at nationalizing education with Common Core, a Missouri judge ruled this week that the federally funded testing regime for the controversial standards was unconstitutional. The ruling means that the state of Missouri is officially prohibited from participating in the “Smarter Balanced Assessment Consortium” (SBAC), a key element of Common Core enforcement, because it’s an “unconstitutional interstate compact.”

The lawsuit against participation in the scheme was filed late last year by a group of taxpayers seeking to uphold the rule of law, safeguard public funds, and stop Common Core. Judge Daniel R. Green, with the Circuit Court of Cole County, Missouri, ruled in favor of the plaintiffs and ordered the state to immediately halt all involvement with the federally funded “multi-state” testing regime. In particular, Judge Green noted that Congress had never approved the interstate compact being foisted on states by the Obama administration’s Department of Education.

“The Court finds that the Smarter Balanced Assessment Consortium, a.k.a. Smarter Balanced, Smarter Balanced at UCLA, SBAC, and SB, is an unlawful interstate compact to which the U.S. Congress has never consented, whose existence and operation violate the Compact Clause of the U.S. Constitution, Article I, § 10, cl. 3, as well as numerous federal statutes,” the judge ruled. “Missouri’s participation in the Smarter Balanced Assessment Consortium as a member is unlawful under state and federal law.”

As such, the court declared that “any putative obligations, including the obligation to pay membership fees, of the State of Missouri to the Smarter Balanced Assessment Consortium … are illegal and void.” The judge also declared that “no Missouri taxpayer funds may be disbursed to SBAC in the form of membership fees, whether directly or indirectly.” Finally, the court permanently prohibited state officials, and “all those in active concert with them,” from “taking any action to implement or otherwise effectuate any payment of Missouri funds as membership fees to SBAC, whether directly or indirectly.”

FK – They’ve been ‘reforming’ the government schools all my life and they’re churning out morons who can barely read their electric bills and who vote for liars who keep telling them the same lies. They know what they’re doing after all.

Commie watch – The Tea Party is Getting Worse: Media May Want a New Narrative, but GOP is Still Nuts

It’s not over in the U.S. Congress, where a shutdown-in-miniature is unfolding between the White House and the Tea Party wing of the GOP. It’s not over in Wisconsin, where a Tea Party-darling governor is slashing the state university system’s funding, changing its mission statement (while lying about it), and fighting tooth and nail to humiliate people on government benefits. It’s not over in North Carolina, where a billionaire-backed Tea Party government is also going after the public university system in its effort to turn the state into Kansas. And it’s not over in South Carolina, where one state representative hopes to mainline National Rifle Association propaganda to a generation of public school students.

Let’s stick with the South Carolina example for a moment, because I think it tells us much about the contemporary GOP’s character. According to Kimberly Johnson of Al Jazeera America, the recent decision on the part of PTR Industries, a gun manufacturer, to move its headquarters from Connecticut to South Carolina has inspired Republican state Rep. Alan Clemmons to propose what he’s calling the “Second Amendment Education Act.” As the name implies, the bill would “provide all public elementary schools, middle schools, and high schools” with “instruction in the Second Amendment” for no fewer than “three consecutive weeks in one grading period in each academic year.” The curriculum would be written by the NRA, of course.

FK – I knew what the snake flag stood for before the ‘tea party’ was cool. I knew we needed “Liberal”(commie) trash season years ago.

Here’s the article about the “No Rights that aren’t Allowed’ group maybe doing something right:

SC bill aims to prove state gun-friendly through NRA curriculum in schools

FK – We need to get the entire Bill of Rights back into the schools and the “Liberal”(commie) trash out of them and into a leaky rowboat headed to Australia. Though sometimes they are partly right about some things:

The Hard Right in Congress Has a Dangerous Plan to Strip American ‘Terrorists’ of Their Citizenship

FK – We should be stripping the hard corps “Liberal”(commie) trash activists, by whatever cute names they call themselves, of their fake ‘citizenship’ and shipping the creatures out of the country. They can’t be traitors, for one can’t be a traitor to something one has always hated. They’ll do the same to us if they can, if they can’t ‘re-educate’ us in a FEMA camp.

‘Hobbit ring’ school suspension merits closer look

“A Kermit [Texas] parent said his fourth-grade student was suspended Friday for allegedly making a terroristic threat,” the Odessa American reported Friday. After seeing “The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies,” nine-year-old Aiden Steward allegedly brought a ring to school and told a classmate it was magic and could make him disappear.

The boy’s father, Jason Steward, said Kermit Elementary School Principal Roxanne Greer informed him “threats to another child’s safety would not be tolerated — whether magical or not.” For her part, Greer declined to comment, citing confidentiality requirements.

What’s unknown is how much of the story as reported comports with the totality of events and what was actually said and done. If all is as related in the OA Online report, it recalls other hysterical overreactions on the part of teachers and school administrators, such as the account of a child suspended for biting a strawberry tart into something supposed adults said looked like a gun, or the teen confronted by officials and police for fantasizing about shooting a neighbor’s pet dinosaur, or my personal favorite, a county-wide school lockdown and detention of a student after a worker misinterpreted the lyrics to “Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” that accompanied a voicemail.

In fairness to the staff and teachers in Kermit, the news account only presents one subjective side to the story, privacy policies do preclude publicly sharing disciplinary actions, and the child in question did reportedly have previous infractions, although the release of that information, from which some no doubt will want to draw conclusions, should also be questioned. Whether the ring business was a gross overreaction or a final straw remains to be disclosed.

FK – My short experience with the amerikan indoctrination system taught me that not only is it full of commies and ignorant dupes but that jerks often raise jerks.

The kid could have been a true problem child and of course the parents will defend it’s actions if they don’t know any better, or don’t care, or are looking for money.

Getting the commies out of the schools will be the first order of business after the war crimes trials are completed.

Meanwhile we have other battles to fight:

Sandy Hook Advisory Commission Not Done Adding New Infringements to List

FK – We tried years ago to put together a military force capable of dealing with this kind of evil.

Where is the NRA? Have you asked them what they’re response to the ultimate action is, the passage of such a law and the murder and imprisonment of those who do what they should: refuse to comply?

Until enough come to grips with the necessity of doing what will be required we will constantly be fighting this war.
