The idea that judges are allowed to decide what is ‘evidence’ is enough to send me over the top. Black-robed shysters have way too much power period. In fact I don’t think bar shysters should be allowed to be judges. Let the lawyers lie in plain English so all can understand and let common sense prevail.

But then one(see above)’s ‘common sense’ is another’s insanity.

The only question that matters is where are the men to do what must be done when they say “Turn them in.” If we’re not prepared for the worst case scenario we’re still losing. Lawsuits and trivial political details will mean nothing at that point.
