A Louisiana police captain’s extremely blunt message to local gang members is quickly going viral.
Capt. Clay Higgins directed his warning at the Gremlins gang, explaining that ten suspected members have been arrested, but seven remain at-large.
The fugitives are accused of committing murders, thefts and drug-related crimes. In many cases, however, victims declined to cooperate with police.
Higgins warned the wanted gang members that they will be brought to justice.

Obama Continues to Wreak Havoc on Gun Rights
On January 4, the President of the United States declared war on gun owners.
His lawless, anti-gun power-grab potentially threatens every gun owner in the country. It represents one of the boldest executive actions against gun owners in history.
First, there’s his efforts to turn collectors and hobbyists into “gun dealers.”
This would take us back to the “bad old days” in which the ATF tried to imprison collectors who sold only a couple of firearms.
Under Obama’s new amorphous standards, even the sale of a single gun could land you in prison.
On one hand, Obama wants to turn collectors and hobbyists into “gun dealers.” On the other hand, under Clinton-era policies, he won’t give licenses to collectors and hobbyists without “bricks-and-mortar” storefronts.
So the liar-in-chief is trying to set a trap in which collecting firearms is effectively outlawed.
Second, there’s Obama’s 200 new ATF agents proposed, not to arrest the violent drug dealers he wants to release on the streets, but rather to feed more 4473’s into Obama’s burgeoning national gun registry.

So please contact Senator Ted Cruz. Thank him for opposing the anti-gun sentencing bill. And urge him to offer amendments to defund every element of Obama’s illegal “executive action” if Majority Leader Mitch McConnell forces the bill to the floor.

What we need is a system whereby the records are kept by the manufacturer and the gun shop/seller but NEVER by any government entity. These records would only be accessible to ANY govt. entity via a warrant served through the local militia.
Obviously police would have a record of ‘stolen’ guns with maybe their serial numbers. As soon as these weapons are recovered the police should be required by law to destroy any and all records associated with them. In fact I’m uncomfortable with the cops knowing who has guns or the propensity to purchase arms in any jurisdiction much less in some commie zone such as the Yankee NE and the commie coast not to mention commienoise.
But then this is all so much moot discussion as we should be working to repeal ALL the gun laws anyway and prosecute for treason those who passed them, supported them and enforced them with a speedy execution to follow. As always we should have a local militia unit in every county to make sure the granite gallows in front of every government building doesn’t fall into disuse or that the hemp ropes all politicians and black-robed shysters and prosecutors are required to wear around their necks don’t grow too slick with years of friction against their expensive suits and their evil conniving necks. I know I may be dreaming on that very last one, but it’s something to work toward anyway.

FK – First of all ‘black lives matter’ is a commie front group. Approaching them with any other attitude may seem to be the ‘right’ thing to do but it is a deadly mistake because it ignores the ‘root’ of much of the evil happening in this country today.
There was crime and drugs before the entitlement mentality took root, or was planted but anyone who’s paying attention knows that generational parasites that were created to guarantee a voter base are a huge part of the problem if not the problem in many areas.

Community policing may be a great concept but even in rural areas there are neighbors one wouldn’t want knowing that one called the cops on them if one doesn’t want their homes and outbuildings burnt down or worse. In every community I’ve been around we hear of the corruption of local law enforcement and of drug dealers(manufacturers, pot growers) that can’t be caught or prosecuted.
Maybe we need to create a new level of the ‘drug war’ that only focuses on those who really profit from it, i.e. the ‘big guys behind the scenes,’ and the corporations and LEOs and banksters that launder the money. But that would require a courage that seems to be extinct in the average amerikan sheeple.
But then I guess I’m too much of an idealist since I can’t understand why our ‘men'(extremely loosely defined) and women don’t grasp why they need to be part of the militia, much less a simple neighborhood watch to deal with mailbox vandals.
Admittedly, this encouraging development is hardly the dominant view. To the contrary, given the possibility that Donald Trump, Ted Cruz, Ben Carson or one of their ilk might become president, white supremacist ideology seems to be digging in harder than ever.
I don’t take this lightly. Once upon a time I foolishly thought that there was no way that Ronald Reagan could get elected president. Lesson learned. Now is the time to start contingency planning for intensified resistance to mass deportations of immigrants, atrocities against Muslims and extreme danger to African Americans.

You Guys Have Repeatedly Thwarted Obama’s Agenda
The past three weeks have been a really good time for Gun Owners of America and the rest of the Second Amendment community.
The first blow came from the American people.
In the wake of continuing efforts by Barack Obama to scare us into destroying our guns, Black Friday recorded the largest number of gun purchases (as evidenced by background checks) on record: a stunning 185,000 firearms purchases.
It is hard to overstate the importance of this.
Obama, Bloomberg, Feinstein, the New York Times, MSNBC, academia, Left-wing churches, and every major liberal institution in America have spent massive amounts of money trying to convince Americans that guns are “scary” and need to be banned.
Instead, to their consternation and dismay, Americans have concluded that the way to keep themselves safe is to arm themselves.
Like the Old Testament plotter in the Book of Esther, these liberals have hung themselves on their own gallows.
FK – With all the respect I have for GOA, we’re a long way from winning this war. Too bad we don’t have a nation of men anymore. If we did our domestic blood enemies would be hanging from the granite gallows in front of every govt. building.
I wrote Mr. Lapierre after MIDNIGHT RIDE was released and sent him a DVD of the movie as well as a copy of MOLON LABE. In my letter to him I stated: “Wayne, this is the film I wanted you to be in. Larry Pratt and Stewart Rhodes are both in this representing their associations’ views on guns and the Constitution. Why did you not participate on behalf of the NRA? Guns are not only for profit; they are ‘necessary’ for a ‘free state.’ Do you disagree?”
I received what seemed like a form letter back from a “David K” (no last name given) starting out: “Mr. Jaeger, Thank you for your letter to NRA Executive Vice President Wayne PaPierre. Unfortunately, Mr. LaPierre is unable to respond to your concerns personally, but he asked me to respond on his behalf . . . ”
This is almost exactly the same kind of letter I get from MPAA studio executives and supposedly “conservative Second Amendment celebrities” like Clint Eastwood, Ted Nugent, Gary Sinise or their agents. All of these people, and others, whom I have contacted seem to be cowed by political correctness and the agenda of Hollywood as dictated by the 21 men that govern the MPAA studio-distributors and New York-based Mainstream Media. Otherwise, why doesn’t Wayne LaPierre go on network TV and state something like: The NRA supports the Second Amendment and believes there are five reasons to keep and bear: 1) target shooting; 2) hunting; 3) self-defense; 4) deterrent against tyranny and 5) one’s role to participate in their state militia per the U.S. Constitution?
Answer: Because if he did this – or Ted or Clint or Gary did this – they would be roasted as much as Donald Trump is currently being roasted by the Establishment and the gun-control lobby’s propagandizing networks. Any non-multibillionaire who tries to buck the Establishment or the Globalist Agenda will be met with intense heat, total blackout or who knows what.
FK – When I first got involved in the patriot movement, wouldn’t have called it that at the time, that early in my waking up, I went to a SAF training session in Gatlinburg, TN where Tanya Metaksa was a guest speaker. She explained the NRA’s lobbying process thusly: We give money to the candidates we hope win but if they lose we offer money to their winning opponent. This ended my desire to be part of the NRA. I had only been a member once for a year anyway, a few years before. This was in 1994 when the first ‘assault weapons ban’ was passed.
I’ve asked the NRA why they fear the ‘m’ word so much and didn’t get much of an answer.
I attended their annual convention when it was held in Louisville, KY a few years back and saw lots of Safari guides and multi-thousand dollar shotguns. Not that I’m against those things but it told me a lot, or rather confirmed my suspicions that despite their claims of being made up of lots of $20 members at the top it’s a rich boy’s club.
The ‘No Rights that aren’t Allowed’ group does some good things and if I were wealthy enough to become a life member and actually have a say I might do so but if I had the extra money I’d send it to GOA or some other group that has proven their mettle.
As for re-establishing the militia I don’t pretend to have the legal/research background of Dr. Vieira but I think it’ll be a snowy day in hell when all the states do such in a way we would find appropriate. When the order to ‘turn them in’ is given and a commie SCOTUS rules in favor of such as they will and the metal begins to meet the meat the militia will be made up of whomever has the backbone to show up and there’ll be nothing ‘official’ about it until we win and hold the treason/war-crimes trials.
