Why You Should Not Vote For Rand Paul In 2016

FK – Look at it this way. If Paul wins and turns into Dubya, it’ll piss a lot of people off and maybe wake them up to what will be required. If he gets elected and attempts to do what he should, within the power of the presidency which isn’t always much. the elites will kill him.

Either way maybe the average dumbass and the ‘libertarians’ and ‘conservatives’ will finally wake up to and develop the resolve for what will be required.

If Hitlery or some similar commie trash wins, gun and ammo sales will remain high, the militias will continue forming and eventually enough will see the necessity of what will be required.

It’s a win-win situation. Got to think positive!

Rubio Introduces Bill to Gut D.C.’s Anti-gun Laws

Senator Marco Rubio (shown, R-Fla.) introduced a bill on Thursday that would end the Washington, D.C., council’s ongoing war against guns by removing their authority to make and enforce anti-gun laws altogether. Because it is a federal district, Washington, D.C., falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Congress and, consequently, the D.C. council operates at the discretion of Congress.

It was clear from his announcement that Rubio was fed up with the council’s resistance to make laws that conformed with national policy: “For years, the District of Columbia has infringed on its residents’ Second Amendment rights and … rendered them vulnerable to criminals…. This legislation will finally allow D.C.’s law-abiding residents and visitors access to firearms for sporting or lawful defense of themselves and their homes, businesses and families.”

The council has been dragging its feet ever since the 2008 Heller case (District of Columbia v. Heller) ruled that the Second Amendment guarantees an individual’s right to keep and bear arms, even in the District. The council drafted new rules that were so draconian and restrictive in their nature that a federal judge ruled last year that they also were unconstitutional. Today an applicant for a concealed handgun permit faces an intimidating and expensive process including his need to show a “good reason” why he wants one at all. Even after all that, the council “may” issue the permit, but more likely it will not.

FK – I hate to admit I might agree with the commie. Rubio is probably trying to get attention. Still it’s a great idea, something for whatever NWO hack that gets into the now red house next to veto while gun and ammo sales continue until enough see the necessity of doing what will be required.

Abolish The ATF ? It Is Possible. WeaponsEducation

FK – You should be all about our natural born Liberty, our most basic right. Our ‘civil rights’ are often what ‘they’ say they are… and ‘they’ consider us to be livestock.

Why didn’t you ask LaPierre why the NRA isn’t fighting illegal immigration? The commies want the illegals here because they know they’ll vote commie. What will that to do our ‘gun rights?’

I wish we could get every NRA member to see the light and join GOA, the ‘no compromise’ gun rights group. That’s gunowners,org

FK – THIS IS NOT A DEMOCRACY! Read the Constitution! Democracy is two wolves and a sheep voting on lunch. Liberty is a well-armed sheep contesting the vote. That’s what the Second Amendment was written to acknowledge.

The problem is the ‘sporting purpose’ definition in GCA ’68. Why isn’t the NRA pushing hard to repeal GCA ’68 and the NFA and ‘all’ the gun laws?

The purpose of the Second Amendment is our natural born right to kill government employees when it becomes necessary. Why are so many too cowardly to publicly state this simple truth?

Why isn’t the NRA fighting illegal immigration? The commies want the illegals here so they can get them to vote commie. What will that do for our ‘gun rights?’

Why isn’t the NRA training the militia for what will be required?

I wish we could convince the 5 million members of the NRA to join GOA, the ‘no compromise gun lobby.’ gunowners.org

Washington just dipped into retirement savings to fund itself

You know things are getting bad when your government begins to stick its hand into retirement accounts just so that it can remain solvent for a few more months.

With the debt limit about to come back into full swing at a staggering $18.1 trillion this week, Treasury Secretary Jack Lew has undertaken drastic measures to kick the can down the road until later this year.

One such plan to fund the government includes raiding the Thrift Savings Plan (TSP), a 401(k)-style retirement savings plan set up for federal employees.

Specifically, the Treasury wants to go after the G Fund, the largest fund in the plan, which contains Treasury securities that help to finance the national debt. As of last month, those securities in the G Fund make up $193.3 billion of the $451.7 billion of investments in the TSP.

FK – When the governments are finally forced to admit they’re broke everything will change…

GOA Alert: Legislative Shoot-out Expected in the U.S. Senate

Within the next 72 hours, gun owners should expect votes in the U.S. Senate on:

* Outlawing ATF bullet bans

* Concealed Carry Reciprocity

* Prohibiting Senate anti-gun amendments.

We expect more gun-related showdowns in the next 72 hours than in the next 9 months combined.  At least 5 gun-related amendments are expected on the Budget Resolution — a once-a-year vehicle that gives senators an opportunity to get hundreds of votes on any issue they choose.

And at least five senators have chosen to get votes on guns.

We have already told you about the Crapo amendment to shut down Operation Choke Point — which has been used by Eric Holder to try to financially strangle the gun industry.

FK – In reality they should only be allowed to vote on one issue at a time and only  consider one bill at a time and be required to pass a test to show they actually read it before they vote on it…

Gallup: Americans Say Our Government is Our ‘Most Important’ Problem

A Gallup poll of 1,025 American adults conducted March 5-8 discovered that Americans are more likely to volunteer that government is our “most important” problem as opposed to any other.

In the survey, Gallup asked: “What do you think is the most important problem facing the country today.”

Eighteen percent responded to the question by expressing dissatisfaction with government, Congress or politicians. Eleven percent said the economy general; and 10 percent said unemployment or jobs.

FK – Gee, I knew that 20 years ago. Will it be another 20 years before enough come to grips with the reality of what will be required to fix this mess if it can be fixed?

Will the revolution have to be led by a few state legislatures?

Backlash momentum builds on proposed bullet ban

While public backlash is building over a proposed ban on green-tipped M855 ammunition for modern sport-utility rifles, people are buying all the ammunition they can, KNOP News reported yesterday, while more than 100 members of Congress have signed a letter headed this week to the director of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

The letter was discussed last Friday by Congressman Bob Goodlatte (R-VA) on Fox News. An accompanying story from Fox quoted Alan Gottlieb, founder and executive vice president of the Second Amendment Foundation, who accurately noted, “Almost any hunting rifle bullet will go through body armor, so you could prohibit almost any rifle bullet with this. This is the administration redefining the law on its own.”

Soft body armor worn by police was designed to stop handgun bullets. Armor-piercing handgun projectiles were banned years ago, but because M855 ammunition can now be used in some handguns built on the AR-15 platform, ATF wants to re-classify the round, despite the fact that it has been allowed for years by specific exemption. As Gottlieb explained, virtually any rifle bullet designed for hunting, or even target shooting, predator control, competition or recreational shooting will go through soft body armor.

FK – Gee, the republicrats controlled the congress of commie critters and the now red house for how many years during the dubya administration and they didn’t repeal the evil laws this is based upon(GCA ’68/sporting purpose) and shut down the BATF Nazi trash, try them for treason and execute them and distribute their retirement funds amongst their victims and they want to pretend they give a damn now??????

We need to stop arguing over which chicken the skunk in the hen house is gonna kill next and kill the skunk.

FK – We need to put cameras and guns in the courtrooms. The black-robed shysters are our employees. They are supposed to FEAR us.
