Oklahoma Defeats Push for Risky Article V Convention

The primary concern cited by opponents of an Article V Convention is that it could put the entire existing Constitution at risk, making it virtually impossible to restore it and the liberties it protects. For critics of the Con Con, the Constitution is not and never was the problem. Instead, the problem is that the Constitution is often ignored by federal officials who take an oath to uphold, and that the American people allow it to happen due to a lack of understanding. As such, more amendments to be ignored, even if they were good ones, are not the solution.

Supporters have largely dismissed the fears of a runaway convention, arguing that states could limit the scope of the convention and block any bad amendments that may emerge. However, there is ample evidence to suggest that it would be impossible to restrain a convention once it is called. The late U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice Warren Burger, for example, is among the many legal experts and scholars who have warned that a Con Con cannot be limited.

“I have repeatedly given my opinion that there is no effective way to limit or muzzle the actions of a Constitutional Convention,” he said. “The Convention could make its own rules and set its own agenda. Congress might try to limit the Convention to one amendment or to one issue, but there is no way to assure that the Convention would obey. After a Convention is convened, it would be too late to stop the Convention if we don’t like its agenda…. Our 1787 Constitution was referred to by several of its authors as a ‘miracle.’ Whatever gain might be hoped for from a new Constitutional Convention could not be worth the risks involved.”

While the issue may be dead in Oklahoma for this year, the battle to stop a Con Con is far from finished. Supporters of the effort are working across America to have states apply for a convention, as opponents work to stop it. Considering the well-documented risks, the American people and their elected representatives must become educated about the potential dangers. If and when the Constitution is gone, there will be no going back.

FK – How many of the delegates could pass this test?: Questions for your candidate

The fact that the amerikomies and republicrats are in favor of it and would be allowed to participate is enough reason to stop it at all costs, unless there’s a militia contingent outside the front door of the facility to immediately dispense swift justice to any who threaten the Bill of Rights, the most essential part of the Constitution that the Anti-Federalists insisted upon and is what really makes this country ‘exceptional.’ If we lose that, we lose all.

Yes, it will have to be repeated. It must.

Our ancestors allegedly went to war over a few cents tax. Today’s pathetic amerikans hand the government their children’s minds:

Obama ‘Education’ Secretary: If Parents Opt Out of Common Core, Feds Will Force Them Back In

The Man Who Fired The Shot Heard ’Round The World

I am absolutely convinced that one of the biggest reasons America is in the sad condition it is in today is because the sermons most Americans frequently hear from modern pulpits refuse to deal with the salient issues of the day and, therefore, our Christian people are mostly uneducated and ignorant of the great Biblical truths relating to liberty and Natural Law. This milquetoast preaching, along with a totally false “obey-the-government-no-matter-what” misinterpretation of Romans 13, have made it next to impossible to find Christian men with the courage and resolve, and even more importantly, the knowledge and understanding, to stand against the assaults on our liberties.

America cut its spiritual teeth on the powerful preaching and exemplary examples of men such as James Caldwell, John Peter Muhlenberg, Joab Houghton, and, yes, Jonas Clark. That most churches do not have pastors such as these is the main reason America is in the miserable condition it is in today.

Then again, for the most part, our churches have the kind of pastors they want, don’t they? I wonder just how many churches today would even tolerate the kind of sermons Jonas Clark delivered. So, ask yourself, dear Christian friend: if you claim to be a patriot, why do you stay in a church that lacks a patriot-pastor? We have the kind of government we vote for and the kind of church we attend and give to. Think about it.

At any rate, this Sunday, April 19, marks one of the most significant dates in American history. And it is significant, in great part, because of the courage and sacrifice of a pastor and church congregation. I wonder how many pastors across the country will even mention it from the pulpit this Sunday. I wonder how many people in the congregation will miss it if they don’t.

FK – Modern so-called ‘christianity’ is certainly one of the biggest threats we face. When millions are sitting on their asses waiting for the world to end, too stupid to see how bad things are already, and nobody got beamed up.

April 19, our nation’s real birthday because that’s the day they shot back, should be our biggest holiday.

FK – Our ancestors weren’t perfect. Neither are we. Yes we can!

Alex Jones: Your Fear Is His Power

FK – The average sheeple is already doing nothing but grazing and breeding, waiting for the world to end. Telling them to stay home and spend time with their families because it’s all gonna end soon is part of the problem.

If you want to focus on something focus on changing the laws we exist under at the point of a gun. All the ‘self-change’ in the world won’t impress the black-suited Nazis when they break your door down for the empire and shoot your dog, or your grandmother or your kid.

We need a system for protecting patriots so that no one has to fear dying alone, or at least dying with the knowledge that their deaths will be avenged.

Jones may be just another change agent, used in some twisted way. But as far as I can tell he’s done more good than any of the others out there except maybe for the Birchers. The ‘tea party’ could certainly benefit from listening to him so they can learn there’s more to this than electing another NWO hack who invokes Jesus once a campaign and who says whatever the audience in front of him wants to hear.

Pointing out each other’s faults is one thing, but I don’t see waging war on each other when our real enemies are right in front of us.

I can’t think of a YouTuber or ‘patriot’ or ‘liberty’ group I agree with 100 percent. Probably never will.

We need to focus on our collectivist enemies who are attacking the Bill of Rights.

FK – So the amerikan ragheads can run their communities? If you drive through one and break one of their ‘laws’ they lop your head or something else off, give your daughters clitorectomies and train your sons in jihad.

The “Liberal”(commie) trash communities can set up their Marxist indoctrination center, even more audacious than what they do now in the govt. schools, disarm all their opposition and hold homosexual ‘love-ins’ where all are forced to experiment with ‘alternative’ lifestyles.

The evangelical ‘christians’ can decide which version, sub-version or subversion they want to follow, can stone or not stone, that might be the question, force all women to wear dresses, keep their mouths shut in church and force all the ‘gays’ to convert.

But maybe I’m over reacting. Maybe not.

What is Hemp?

There is an urban legend that the U.S. Constitution, the Bill of Rights and the Declaration of Independence were written on hemp paper. This is not true. The documents housed in the National Archives were written on parchment, which is treated animal skin, typically sheepskin. According to the Library of Congress, analysis by paper conservators has determined that the paper that Thomas Jefferson used for his draft of the Declaration is mostly likely Dutch in origin. While hemp was commonly used to make paper in Southern Europe during this time, the Dutch were much more likely to use flax or linen rags.

Restriction in the United States began in 1937, according to the Hemp Industries Association. Taxing and licensing regulations made it hard for farmers to grow hemp.

During World War II, the lack of available abaca and jute prompted the government to start pro-hemp farming campaigns, including a video called “Hemp for Victory,” to meet the Navy’s demand for rope. Hemp demand fell after WWII and government restriction on the plant resumed.

FK – I know what my favorite use would be, that would involve 3-5 million patriots going to the District of Commie criminals and doing what will be required.

Nashville readies for NRA, let the bashing begin

Upwards of 70,000 Second Amendment activists will descend this week on Nashville, where the National Rifle Association is holding its 144th annual members’ meeting and exhibits, and will hear from declared, and likely-to-declare, presidential candidates.

Indeed, NRA staff and members of the Board of Directors are already showing up, and finding a hotel room anywhere around the city just might be impossible. It could be one of the biggest NRA gatherings in recent years, the kind of event that makes gun prohibitionists shudder. And there’s a full schedule of events and activities.

Translation: It’s “Bash the NRA Week,” something of an unofficial, but annual, media frenzy to bloody the political waters whenever the association’s leaders and members gather for their annual convention. It’s as predictable as November rain in Seattle. To hear the NRA critics tell it, the organization is responsible for every tragedy under the sun. They want to arm criminals. They want to arm terrorists. They’re a shill for the gun industry.

FK – One wonders if attendees will be required to disarm before hearing their future masters speak as they did when I attended the NRA convention in Louisville a few years back. I well remember the idiots standing in line to listen to the McCommie neocon NWO hack speak.

There’s absolutely NO EXCUSE for such complicity on the NRA’s part, They are applying to be our elected public servants, not our masters. They are supposed to FEAR us. When they cease to fear us they begin to rule us. Oh, they already are because too many lack the resolve, the backbone or the gonads to comprehend what will be required.

Open Letter to the Adjutant General of Washington State

Most people know and understand that the Governor is the commander of his state’s National Guard.  What many may not know is that he has a military officer under him to actually administer those commands.  This position is called the Adjutant General, and for Washington, state law sets out several pages of what his duties are.  The most important one, and the one we’ll be dealing with today, is found in RCW 38.08.020, where it states that the Adjutant General is the “executive head” of the organized militia, or what we call the National Guard.

Major General Bret Daugherty is the current Adjutant General of Washington State.  After graduating from his ROTC program as a Distinguished Military Graduate in June of 1980, he received his commission and served on active duty until 1990, when he went to the National Guard.  He has served as the Adjutant General since 2012.

FK – Patriots have been writing stuff like this for years, not that they shouldn’t, but it’s sad and sickening that after all this time so few ‘patriots,’ and ‘conservatives’ and ‘libertarians,’ and on and on understand the necessity of it… or the necessity of what will ultimately be required.

Google controls what we buy, the news we read — and Obama’s policies

A former Google officer is the president’s chief technology adviser. Google employees contributed more to President Obama’s re-election than did employees of any other company except Microsoft. Google lobbyists met with Obama White House officials 230 times. By comparison, lobbyists from rival Comcast have been admitted to the inner sanctum a mere 20 or so times in the same period.

Oh, and on Election Night 2012, guess where Google executive chairman Eric Schmidt was? Working for the president. In the president’s campaign office. On a voter-turnout system designed to help the president get re-elected.

Google says that in the future, its determinations about what is true and what is untrue will play a role in how search-engine rankings are configured.

Google has the power to bump an article it doesn’t like off the table and under the rug. Even moving information off the first page of search results would effectively neutralize it: According to a 2013 study, 91.5 percent of Google search users click through on a first-page result.
