But then this is all so much moot discussion as we should be working to repeal ALL the gun laws anyway and prosecute for treason those who passed them, supported them and enforced them with a speedy execution to follow. I wrote Mr. Lapierre after MIDNIGHT RIDE was released and sent him a DVD of the movie as well as a copy of MOLON LABE. In my letter to him I stated: “Wayne, this is the film I wanted you to be in. Larry Pratt and Stewart Rhodes are both in this representing their associations’ views on guns and the Constitution. Why did you not participate on behalf of the NRA? Guns are not only for profit; they are ‘necessary’ for a ‘free state.’ Do you disagree?”
I received what seemed like a form letter back from a “David K” (no last name given) starting out: “Mr. Jaeger, Thank you for your letter to NRA Executive Vice President Wayne PaPierre. Unfortunately, Mr. LaPierre is unable to respond to your concerns personally, but he asked me to respond on his behalf . . . ”
This is almost exactly the same kind of letter I get from MPAA studio executives and supposedly “conservative Second Amendment celebrities” like Clint Eastwood, Ted Nugent, Gary Sinise or their agents. All of these people, and others, whom I have contacted seem to be cowed by political correctness and the agenda of Hollywood as dictated by the 21 men that govern the MPAA studio-distributors and New York-based Mainstream Media. Otherwise, why doesn’t Wayne LaPierre go on network TV and state something like: The NRA supports the Second Amendment and believes there are five reasons to keep and bear: 1) target shooting; 2) hunting; 3) self-defense; 4) deterrent against tyranny and 5) one’s role to participate in their state militia per the U.S. Constitution?
Answer: Because if he did this – or Ted or Clint or Gary did this – they would be roasted as much as Donald Trump is currently being roasted by the Establishment and the gun-control lobby’s propagandizing networks. Any non-multibillionaire who tries to buck the Establishment or the Globalist Agenda will be met with intense heat, total blackout or who knows what.
FK – When I first got involved in the patriot movement, wouldn’t have called it that at the time, that early in my waking up, I went to a SAF training session in Gatlinburg, TN where Tanya Metaksa was a guest speaker. She explained the NRA’s lobbying process thusly: We give money to the candidates we hope win but if they lose we offer money to their winning opponent. This ended my desire to be part of the NRA. I had only been a member once for a year anyway, a few years before. This was in 1994 when the first ‘assault weapons ban’ was passed.
I’ve asked the NRA why they fear the ‘m’ word so much and didn’t get much of an answer.
I attended their annual convention when it was held in Louisville, KY a few years back and saw lots of Safari guides and multi-thousand dollar shotguns. Not that I’m against those things but it told me a lot, or rather confirmed my suspicions that despite their claims of being made up of lots of $20 members at the top it’s a rich boy’s club.
The ‘No Rights that aren’t Allowed’ group does some good things and if I were wealthy enough to become a life member and actually have a say I might do so but if I had the extra money I’d send it to GOA or some other group that has proven their mettle.
As for re-establishing the militia I don’t pretend to have the legal/research background of Dr. Vieira but I think it’ll be a snowy day in hell when all the states do such in a way we would find appropriate. When the order to ‘turn them in’ is given and a commie SCOTUS rules in favor of such as they will and the metal begins to meet the meat the militia will be made up of whomever has the backbone to show up and there’ll be nothing ‘official’ about it until we win and hold the treason/war-crimes trials.

Well, while many non-violent offenders are being let off the hook — and even some violent offenders who plea bargained down to “non-violent” offenses — the bill actually increases penalties for many law-abiding (non-violent) gun owners.
Hence, section 105 of S. 2123 increases — from 10 to 15 years — the potential prison sentences for “prohibited persons” and for those who merely possess a new machine gun, even if they are licensed under the NFA.
Have a gun, go to jail … for a long time!
Regarding the penalties for “prohibited persons,” the increased penalties in the bill would include the more than 175,000 veterans who have lost their gun rights, if there is still a gun anywhere in the house.
And it would include the 4.2 million seniors whom Obama proposes to strip of their gun rights by doing a computer search of social security.
Think about it: While this bill lowers sentences for many offenders, it raises the penalties for law-abiding gun owners who have had their gun rights stripped from them — like veterans and seniors mentioned above.
FK – This is why we need a militia in every county in the country. Any time any BAFT Nazi trash tries to railroad anyone into prison it should be hunted along with any shysters participating. It’s garbage and should be treated as such.
In time of actual war, great discretionary powers are constantly given to the Executive Magistrate. Constant apprehension of War, has the same tendency to render the head too large for the body. A standing military force, with an overgrown Executive will not long be safe companions to liberty. The means of defence against foreign danger, have been always the instruments of tyranny at home. Among the Romans it was a standing maxim to excite a war, whenever a revolt was apprehended. Throughout all Europe, the armies kept up under the pretext of defending, have enslaved the people.
Simply put, we might need our own defensive forces to step in to defend us in dire circumstances. Each state used to be responsible for their own militias. State Militias still exist, but they are nothing like the forces they once were, they are rare and most people think the National Guard has taken their place.
This article isn’t an argument about the Second Amendment, or a dissection of those words our founders sacrificed so much for. The common expression of Militias today exist as a symbol largely that has been used by people on both sides of the argument over whether Militias are necessary or unneeded relics that should be confined to history.
One side of this argument almost universally depicts any group that calls themselves a Militia as radical, violent, racist and bent on overthrowing the government. The other side largely views the role of a militia as some bulwark against a rising fear of tyranny. The question on my mind started largely with a simple question that one of our readers posed a while back. Should you join a militia?
FK – In my estimation there is really only one reason to join a militia, even though many I have trained with may disagree, and this is to restore our Liberty, the Bill of Rights, and the form of government we are supposed to enjoy in this country. All the ‘fighting terrorism’ and ‘civil service’ and preparedness and disaster readiness and on and on are only public relations functions at best.
Our real enemies are right here. They have white skin and aren’t hiding in a cave on the other side of the world.
We should have, decades ago, established a militia force in every county in this country to deal with: the BATF Nazi trash who have proven themselves to be murderers, and exist to railroad people into prison in the name of evil laws that the Second Amendment doesn’t allow; the IRS Nazi trash who steal people’s property and ruin their lives and imprison them in the name of enforcing a tax that isn’t supposed to exist in this country and in fact wasn’t ratified by enough states to become law; and the FBI who have been involved in one way or another with every ‘terrorist’ incident over the last several years; the ‘drug war,’ like the ‘war on terror’ which would not exist if all the ‘right’ people on all sides weren’t profiting from it.
But since we don’t have a nation of men but a nation of cowardly whores we have the situation we have: lots of small groups under several different names, some public, hopefully many not, who will have to deal with the ultimate blood war that history shows always comes, in the best way they can.
This situation will not likely change until the upper middle class, the ‘people'(loosely defined) with money and intelligence, figure out there’s no more corn in the trough.
So all I can reasonably offer at this point is this: Do what you can, with what you have, where you are. Or as our domestic blood enemies like to say “Think globally, act locally.”
This will likely be true at the beginning of any future conflict whereby we will have to erode our enemies’ support at the foundation in the vein of the movie “Michael Collins.”
