If one poor person destroys the property of another poor person and neither can pay is there ‘justice’ in that? We need serious tort reform regardless. The shysters have too much power and in reality should probably be forbidden form holding public office of any kind.

Truck drivers out on the road delivering freight for our ‘capitalist system’ can be ruined by being involved in an accident whether it was their fault or not. Their employers and their customers should be held truly financially responsible for encouraging these drivers to do stupid things and for not paying them enough to discourage them from doing stupid things. But then they have big brother in the form of e-logging now and soon they’ll all be replaced by robotic trucks and can sign up for that ‘universal basic income’ the elites want to put the working class sheeple on so they can eventually force them to stop breeding.

Sorry but we do need a few very basic laws about some things. Human nature itself demands it. True anarchy would mean there would be assholes you’d have to kill, probably on a regular basis.

FK – Actually I think the ignorance is shrinking. The problem is the lack of courage and resolve among the less ignorant to awake to those who realize we are AT WAR.

Empires and nations fall because they get soft, lazy and apathetic and don’t see the need for the grasping any more. That ‘greatest generation’ some speak of had a very different upbringing/environment than we did.

The smartphone revolution may be the turning factor. 20 years ago someone asked me if the internet would ‘save us.’ I told them no. It would still be up to us. We’ve been here before. In the 90s all we had was video tapes, gun shows, short wave radio, fax machines and a few AM radio talk show hosts who were beginning to get a clue.

We must focus on getting the communists out of the schools and universities and away from the children and forcing the republicrats to pass legislation to end the commie globalist monopoly of ‘social media.’

FK – While I agree with you in general I feel there are certain points I would be grossly remiss for not listing:

What the elites did was replace their ‘god appointed kings’ with democracy, another form of manipulation.

When millions or billions believe a falsehood to the point they’re willing to kill you over it that makes it very real. Religious adherents have proven this again and again over the millennia. But then the ‘wars for god’ are usually about resources and territory. See modern Israel.

Ideas carry the weight of blood and the baggage of human suffering and can expand to fill whatever void is there. Hundreds of millions died because of the ‘idea’ of communism regardless of its true origins. As long as some dumbass can read a copy of ‘The Communist Manifesto’ and claim “This could work if it’s only done right!” then it’s very real.

The question to ask is why do the corporations fund the commie front groups? Why did ‘capitalist’ Jeff Bezos buy the washington compost and allow it to remain a commie rag?

Why do Amazon properties in Kentucky have signs saying ‘no weapons’ when the law doesn’t allow them to do so?

Guns without the will to use them are toys for the range or the deer stand that unfortunately most will surrender if told to. The average amerikan has lost his will. Read the ‘Federalist Papers’ and experience muttering “bullshit, bullshit” under your breath as Hamilton’s words of love for the federal govt. and his denial of the tyranny it could represent have been dwarfed by modern actuality.

The Bill of Rights, insisted upon by the Anti-Federalists, is the document that makes us exceptional. They acknowledge our natural born right to kill those who would imprison or torture or kill us for not obeying their version, sub-version or subversion of reality.

That’s all the insanity I’ll mention for a while. Chew on it if you’re capable, while considering it was once a common thing for teens to get married and for our ancestors to have multiple wives and on and on.

It is funny that modern churches are full of re-married divorcees when their master clearly allegedly said not to do so, indeed he called it adultery.

The most ‘negative’ parents teach their children that violence is never an option and are negligent in providing them the skills they might need to kill those who might seek to enslave them or in our case enslave them further. The fact our domestic blood enemies would prefer a child be raped, tortured and murdered in front of their parents rather than the parents have the tools and skills necessary to stop the attack at the outset is reason enough to run them from our shores or hunt them to extinction. But this is no longer a nation of men.

Supposedly only 3-7 percent of the population fought in our first ‘civil war,’ the colonial war for independence from English rule in which Tories or loyalists faced off with ‘patriots’ who had some burgeoning but now mostly dead sense of liberty.

Nothing will get better until we stop worrying so much about the fundie ragheads and start rounding up and at the least deporting our real enemies, our domestic enemies.

So who or what is our real enemy? A tiny no. of fundies who manage to kill a few mush heads now and again or our own white home-grown “Liberal”(commie) trash that works relentlessly to disarm and thus fully enslave millions? What will we do when when a commie SCOTUS rules it’s OK for the “Liberal”(commie) trash, our real enemies, to demand we ‘turn them in?’ How many cowards will comply? Those are the questions that matter.

What’s an ‘illegal gun?’ Those two words are nowhere to be found in the Second Amendment. Was the Inland Center a ‘gun free zone?” Why is commiefornia still a ‘may issue’ state? Why do we seek ‘permission’ to exercise the most basic right any creature possesses, that of self defense?

If the Marxist mutt and other commie extremists that call themselves ‘liberal’ and ‘progressive’ tell us to surrender our weapons and thus our most basic right, they’ll find out what blood really is.

The most important ‘private property’ anyone owns is their own life, health, safety, and no one, anywhere, anytime has the ‘right’ to take that from them or deny them their most basic right, that of self defense.

We all get the elected public servants the brain dead sheeple deserve.

I’ll vote for the candidate that will bring the troops home, activate the militias, and re-invade and re-conquer commiefornia and the other commie enclaves on the left and East coasts.

They’re not ‘leftists,’ ‘liberal’ or ‘progressive.’ They’re communists/globalists. They want us disarmed so we can’t kill them when enough finally wake up to the necessity of doing so.

We owe the anti-federalists for the Bill of Rights. State meant ‘nation state’ which meant a voluntary union of nation states with each having the right to secede.

As the 2015 Shooting, Hunting and Outdoor Trade (SHOT) show winds down today in Las Vegas, a new battle front over so-called “universal background checks” (UBC) is shaping up in Arizona, and it is all-too-familiar to Second Amendment advocates like Alan Gottlieb.

Freshman Democrat State Rep. Randall Friese has introduced legislation to require background checks on private transfers of firearms. If the storyline unfolds the way it did in Gottlieb’s home state of Washington, and here in Nevada, the proposals will fall short in the legislature, and then there will be a push by the gun prohibition lobby to pass a citizen initiative.

Anti-gunners passed Initiative 594 last fall in the Evergreen State, and it’s evident they took notes. Nevada first went through the legislative process, and now gun owners there are facing an increasingly well-oiled effort to push such checks, with backing from anti-gun billionaire Michael Bloomberg and other wealthy elitists.

It doesn’t take much imagination to figure out that somebody was taking notes during the Washington campaign. With money as a weapon, Second Amendment activists are up against what appears to be a spreading juggernaut.

FK – When are ‘pro-gun'(should be pro Human Liberty because guns are just tools we’ll soon have to use to restore Liberty) ‘activists’ going to get tired of re-arranging the deck chairs on the Titanic and start preparing for what will be required?
