GOA Alert: Anti-gun Loretta Lynch Sworn in as Attorney General

ACTION: Please take action by clicking here to hold Senators accountable — “spanking” Senators who supported the anti-gun Loretta Lynch, and thanking those who opposed her. This is an action item for which everyone (even those living in anti-gun states) should be able to take part!
Twenty Republican Senators helped break filibuster against Lynch

Loretta Lynch was sworn in as the 83rd Attorney General of the United States on Monday.

Lynch is an extreme, anti-gun advocate who supports reenacting the so-called “Assault Weapons” ban which sunset in 2004.

While every Democrat supported her, the Republicans listed below cast their support, as well. For starters, every Senator below — both bolded and non-bolded — voted to break the filibuster against her nomination.

FK – This might help with some of them but I fear McCommie(The Kentucky one) is too far gone. I told it Kentucky should be ashamed of it but many of us figured out what trash it is long ago.

The war crimes trials will involve republicrats as well as commiecrats.

FK – The fact alone that we have to beg trash for a restoration of our natural born rights shows how far down the sewer this country has been for a long time.

Senate Leadership Stabs Gun Owners in the Back

— Loretta Lynch is confirmed as Obama’s new Attorney General

“Eric Holder began disregarding the Constitution and laws after he was confirmed as Attorney General. Ms. Lynch has [already] told the Senate that’s what she’s going to do.” — Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX), speaking in opposition to Lynch’s nomination on the Senate floor, April 23, 2015

ACTION: See below to contact Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell to express your deep displeasure with his role in pushing the confirmation of anti-gun Loretta Lynch.

Mitch McConnell leads the betrayal, joins with Harry Reid to support Lynch

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and his leadership team put a big, fat knife in the back of gun owners in connection with the confirmation of anti-gun Attorney General Loretta Lynch today.

Close to 50 senators had announced their intention to vote against Lynch’s nomination, and pro-gun senators were filibustering Lynch.

Not only that, GOA was prepared to work with Senators to invoke a parliamentary maneuver which would have killed Lynch’s nomination, because in the weeks leading up to the vote today, she didn’t have the 60 votes necessary to shut off a filibuster under Rule XXII of the Senate rules.

In fact, 43 Senators ultimately voted against Lynch, which would have been enough votes to continue a filibuster and keep her from being confirmed. But more on that below.

You can see which Senators VOTED TO FILIBUSTER the Lynch nomination here.

And, you can view the FINAL CONFIRMATION vote here.

In both cases, a “NO” vote is the pro-gun vote.

FK – At least Paul voted the right way. Mccommie either has late stage oldtimers disease or it’s been a commie/NWO hack plant all along.

Chinese State Media Demands US Citizens Be Disarmed

FK – Looks like it’s time to buy more ammo.

SAF LAWSUIT ALLOWED CHICAGO UBER DRIVER TO CARRY, DEFEND SELF AND OTHERS

A defensive shooting incident in Chicago involving a legally-armed Uber driver who intervened when a gunman opened fire on a crowd in Logan Square could not have happened without a concealed carry law that was passed by the Illinois Legislature because of a federal lawsuit brought by the Second Amendment Foundation.

No charges will be filed against the unidentified Uber driver, who used his licensed handgun to stop the alleged shooter, a 22-year-old man who now faces criminal prosecution. SAF founder and Executive Vice President Alan Gottlieb noted that, had this armed citizen not been present, this incident could have turned out much differently, and much worse.

“This widely-reported incident could not have happened without our lawsuit in Moore v. Madigan, which forced Illinois to adopt a concealed carry statute allowing law-abiding citizens to be armed,” Gottlieb said. “The concealed carry law our case demanded needs no further justification, based on the standard so often tossed out by gun control proponents to push restrictions. It has saved one life, and possibly more lives.

FK – The dangerous nuts have been writing the laws for 150 years…

Cleveland council passes gun law admittedly that won’t stop violence

Cleveland gun edicts violate law, infringe on rights and won’t stop violence

FK – Which proves they want us disarmed so we can’t hunt them as the Militia
in the Second Amendment, that so many seem to be so frightened of, should already have been doing long ago. The crime issue has always been a red herring.

GOA: The Bigot Game

Mitch McConnell is reported to be prepared to hoist the white flag of surrender in the face of this barrage of insults.

If he does, you can expect that THE BIGOT GAME will become a standard way of doing business — to an even greater extent than it is now.

Understand this: If you give a bully what he wants, you have guaranteed that the bullying will never end.

Take into consideration, also, that, if Democrats retain the White House, Lynch will almost certainly be nominated to replace Anthony Kennedy or Antonin Scalia on the Supreme Court. And, if Republicans believe they are experiencing pain now, wait till the “swing vote” for the entire federal judiciary is on the line.

So the GOP is now in the unique position of choosing how miserable it wants to be. When you feed a test animal, you get more of the same behavior. And confirming Lynch will be the ultimate reward for the Democrats’ loathsome campaign.

Rand Paul is too strong on the Second Amendment, according to the NRA

Two people they didn’t invite: Chris Christie and Rand Paul.

It is not surprising that the New Jersey moderate was not invited. But the lack of an invitation for Paul stands out.

The Daily Beast reports that Paul did request an invitation to the convention, but was denied:

However, a source with knowledge of Paul’s dealings with the NRA said the claim that he did not request an invitation to the convention was “not true.”

Further, the source said, “Is that really how invitations work?”

Paul has an A-rating from the NRA, but the objective grading of his gun-rights credentials has little to do with the politics of the pro-gun lobby, wherein his involvement with extremist groups tied to his father, former congressman and libertarian-icon Ron Paul, has not won him many friends.

“Sometimes the NRA doesn’t like it when people are bigger defenders of the issue than they are,” the source suggested. “They also don’t like it that he helps other, stronger groups like the Gun Owners of America and the National Association for Gun Rights.”

The Pauls have long been associated with Gun Owners of America. On the top right of their website, they have a Ron Paul quote emblazoned: “The only no-compromise gun lobby in Washington.”

FK – Another nail in the NRA’s coffin. If only we could get all 5 million members or whatever to join GOA.

Nashville readies for NRA, let the bashing begin

Upwards of 70,000 Second Amendment activists will descend this week on Nashville, where the National Rifle Association is holding its 144th annual members’ meeting and exhibits, and will hear from declared, and likely-to-declare, presidential candidates.

Indeed, NRA staff and members of the Board of Directors are already showing up, and finding a hotel room anywhere around the city just might be impossible. It could be one of the biggest NRA gatherings in recent years, the kind of event that makes gun prohibitionists shudder. And there’s a full schedule of events and activities.

Translation: It’s “Bash the NRA Week,” something of an unofficial, but annual, media frenzy to bloody the political waters whenever the association’s leaders and members gather for their annual convention. It’s as predictable as November rain in Seattle. To hear the NRA critics tell it, the organization is responsible for every tragedy under the sun. They want to arm criminals. They want to arm terrorists. They’re a shill for the gun industry.

FK – One wonders if attendees will be required to disarm before hearing their future masters speak as they did when I attended the NRA convention in Louisville a few years back. I well remember the idiots standing in line to listen to the McCommie neocon NWO hack speak.

There’s absolutely NO EXCUSE for such complicity on the NRA’s part, They are applying to be our elected public servants, not our masters. They are supposed to FEAR us. When they cease to fear us they begin to rule us. Oh, they already are because too many lack the resolve, the backbone or the gonads to comprehend what will be required.

App Lets Gun Enthusiasts Track Down Gun Control Advocates’ Home Addresses

Ladd Everitt didn’t panic when friends and colleagues told him coordinates to his home address and details about where he worked had been leaked on an app that targeted anti-gun violence activists.

An app in the Google Play Store called “Gunfree Geo Marker” listed the first and last names, social media handles, work phone numbers or addresses, home addresses or name of living complex, as well as location coordinates for activists or people who promoted gun safety regulations, first reported by Fast Company last week.

“Harassment is par for the course,” said Everitt, who is the communications director for the Coalition to Stop Gun Violence in Washington, D.C., and learned from others in the gun violence prevention community he had been doxxed a few days before Fast Company published the story.

Anti-gun violence advocates readily admit that harassment and violent threats from those with differing opinions are just part of their daily work. Like brewing coffee in the morning, it’s expected and blends in with the mundane backdrop of the office. The divisiveness of the gun debate, like many political discussions online, is deeply emotional with people on all sides convicted in their beliefs. But online, the debate has given way to a culture that accepts harassment as a form of rhetoric.

FK – We need to know where the commie activists are so we can bring the troops home and activate the militias and throw our domestic blood enemies out of our country. The trash doesn’t belong here.

Here’s what the Second Amendment actually means regardless of how much our domestic blood enemies with white skin, the “Liberal”(commie) trash and other assorted authoritarians lie about it:

The right of the people to overthrow or prevent tyrannical or authoritarian government by force of individually owned arms, purchased or manufactured without government permission or taxes levied or paid, inferior to, equal to or superior to those commonly carried by soldiers, marines, sailors or militia members of any fighting force in the world shall not be brought into question. The right of the people to protect themselves from criminals in government, or any institution that may seek authority over them or from any common street criminal shall not be brought into question. Those elected, hired or appointed public servants who do question this proclamation and/or the people’s natural, most basic right, that all our other rights are based upon, that of self defense, shall be arrested, tried for treason and executed.

There’s no such thing as a good ‘gun law.’ All gun control is propaganda designed to condition the sheeple to accept more control with total civilian disarmament being the final objective thus all gun control is an act of war. All who forward it should be arrested, tried for treason against human Liberty and executed.

The Second Amendment, as the rest of the Bill of Rights, is an  acknowledgement of our natural born rights, not a granting. The entire  Bill of Rights is about keeping the governments in their place as our servants, not our masters. The  Second Amendment is about the common person’s right to own weapons of  war so that we can keep the governments in their place by keeping the  ‘monopoly on force’ in the hands of the people where it belongs, as in  ‘We the people.’ Remember that? It will not be infringed any further and  the ‘gun laws’ in existence will be repealed. End of discussion.

An opinion on gun control – Part 1

Police are awesome. I love working with cops. However any honest cop will tell you that when seconds count they are only minutes away. After Colombine law enforcement changed their methods in dealing with active shooters. It used to be that you took up a perimeter and waited for overwhelming force before going in. Now usually as soon as you have two officers on scene you go in to confront the shooter (often one in rural areas or if help is going to take another minute, because there are a lot of very sound tactical reasons for using two, mostly because your success/survival rates jump dramatically when you put two guys through a door at once. The shooter’s brain takes a moment to decide between targets). The reason they go fast is because they know that every second counts. The longer the shooter has to operate, the more innocents die.

However, cops can’t be everywhere. There are at best only a couple hundred thousand on duty at any given time patrolling the entire country. Excellent response time is in the three-five minute range. We’ve seen what bad guys can do in three minutes, but sometimes it is far worse. They simply can’t teleport. So in some cases that means the bad guys can have ten, fifteen, even twenty minutes to do horrible things with nobody effectively fighting back.

So if we can’t have cops there, what can we do?

FK – I’ve only read the first page of this so far but it’s more than worthwhile.

One wonders if he’d train people how to deal with black-suited Nazis who’ll happily break their doors down and murder them for refusing to comply with the police state.

Governments will always be able to get weapons, thus we must remain better armed than they.

Executive Doomsday Order: Obama Authorizes Gov to Seize Farms, Food, Processing Plants, Energy Resources, Transportation, Skilled Laborers During National Emergency

“In a nutshell, it’s the blueprint for Peacetime Martial Law and it gives the president the power to take just about anything deemed necessary for “National Defense”, whatever they decide that is.” (The Intel Hub)

While millions of people have been preparing for the possibility of a catastrophic event by relocating to rural homesteads or farms, as well as stockpiling food, water, personal defense armaments and other essential supplies with the intention of utilizing these preparations if the worst happens, the latest executive order signed by President Obama on March 16, 2012 makes clear that in the event of a nationally deemed emergency all of these resources will fall under the authority of the United States government.

The signing of the National Defense Resources Preparedness executive order grants the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Agriculture, the Department of Labor, the Department of Defense and other agencies complete control of all US resources, including the ability to seize, confiscate or re-delegate resources, materials, services, and facilities as deemed necessary or appropriate to promote the national defense as delegated by the following agencies:

FK – This is dated back in March. Tons of interesting comments. The biggest danger may well be ‘local.’
