True forcible rape of any age victim should be punished by multiple decade sentences. Rape of pre-pubescent kids should result in the same.
We used to have a thing called ‘statutory rape’ for cases of sex with teens, people who are capable of desiring/having coitus. Being found guilty of such didn’t destroy someone’s life. Morons didn’t call them ‘pedophiles when they’re maybe this.
Our ‘just-us’ system needs dire reform, or really to be re-built from the beginning, leaving the commie/globalist trash and the religious nuts out of the process. Our Founders left us a secular govt. for a reason.
Most of what spews forth from the amerikan communist insurgency is about distraction or distortion, designed to get morons to vote for them and other morons to focus on things other than wiping them and their evil ideology from the face of the Earth.
Laws of possession are evil. The Libertarians are right when they say we need to only prosecute those who have actually harmed another or their property.
Our society is becoming worse than the crazies of the Victorian age, in both directions. This won’t restore the free country we’re supposed to be living in. But then there are no men here to do that anyway. The empire is in a death spiral and I don’t really see a way out anymore. The only question is what of our ideals will survive after the dust settles, or be dug up by some future archaeologist who will have a better understanding of it than the average voter.
Why does our just-us system release violent criminals who can’t be trusted with weapons, using that as an excuse to ban all felons from their most basic right, that of self defense? Why are we imprisoning people for possessing small quantities of chemicals the drug industry can’t profit from any more that used to be bought over the counter in any pharmacy and still can be in other countries? Because of a mindless application of a false/skewed ‘moral code’ that the ignorant cling to because it’s easier than thinking or taking on personal responsibility for the world one exists in.
Miss Chen is very attractive and could probably pass for a teen. Does noting this make me a pedophile? Does quoting Hitler or Stalin make one a fan of dictators or their alleged ideologies? What does our biology cause us to find attractive anyway?
Most sheeple put emotion before thought because it’s easier. Don’t be a sheeple. Both ‘sides’ use this subject and many others to manipulate/distract you.
Our Bill of Rights, the basis of ALL our ‘law,’ is ignored on a daily basis in thousands of ways. We lost the ‘rule of law’ long ago.
The only question that matters is ‘Where are the men to do what must be done when they say “Turn them in?” If we’re not prepared for the worst case scenario we’re still losing. Lawsuits and trivial political details will mean nothing at that point.
