Well, OK, then–the training is only illegal if intended to prepare people to engage in civil disorder. Who could object to that?

Well, anyone who thinks to ask who gets to define what constitutes “civil disorder,” and determine the intentions of the teachers and participants in the training. The Coalition to Stop Gun Violence, after all, designates as “insurrectionists” anyone who dares utter that the purpose of the Second Amendment is to guarantee the people’s means of resisting a tyrannical government. That list includes even mild-mannered gun rights advocates.

The Brady Campaign expressed outraged indignation when National Public Radio profiled the Southeast Michigan Militia as a benign organization that prepares to help maintain civil order, rather than reinforce the anti-gun groups’ preferred narrative of militias as terrorist groups.

And the Florida “justice” system is definitely on board with a wide open interpretation of what constitutes paramilitary training intended to foment “civil disorder.” According to another WFTV 9 article about the Faella case, a conviction for the “crime” of “paramilitary training” does not even require the prosecution to prove any specific plans on the part of the accused:

Prosecutors told jurors that they didn’t have to prove a specific plan, just show the group was doing the training for some sort of civil disorder.

And anti-gun groups argue that training for the potential eventuality of fighting against a tyrannical government constitutes that proof. If they have their way, Florida has indeed outlawed effective militia training–outlawed that which is necessary to the security of a free state. Just who are the domestic enemies, again?

Anti-gun, anti-hunting agendas both depend on lies

Because of, rather than in spite of one of the world’s highest murder rates, Russian gun laws have now been relaxed, International Business Times reported Wednesday. Previously permitted for sporting purposes such as target practice and hunting, Russians, the story claims, will now be lawfully allowed to carry guns for self defense.

While Russian violent crime has fallen in recent years, its murder rate is still fifth highest in the world, and is much higher than that in the United States, the report documents. The move to liberalize gun laws there contrasts with well-financed efforts to increase restrictions in this country, despite documentation from the Bureau of Justice Statistics that prompted Forbes to acknowledge, “As gun sales soar, gun crimes plummet.”

The change in law also stands in sharp contrast with statements offered by Vladimir Putin in April of last year following a shooting in Belgrade, despite his personal affinity for firearms of all types. The Russian president made his opposition to loosening gun laws known at that time.

But since I cannot know his heart and the real reason he fought it will remain a mystery, at least for this realm.

A GOA-backed case is making its way through the court system right now — a case that, if successful, would bring down one of the toughest gun laws in one of the bluest states in the Union.

To this end, GOA and its foundation (GOF) are challenging Maryland’s so-called “assault weapons” ban in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.

In 2013, Maryland banned the possession or transfer of what it calls “assault weapons” and prohibited the transfer of so-called “large capacity magazines.”

Chief Judge Catherine Blake, a Clinton-appointee to the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, sided in favor of the law.  But in doing so, she engaged in a form of analysis of the Second Amendment that may be without precedent in the history of the Republic.

In fact, Google has complied with thousands of requests from governments across the globe to censor and remove content despite no clear violations in many of the cases.

Former Google CEO Eric Schmidt, a campaign advisor and major Barack Obama donor, has publicly stated his disdain for human privacy on multiple occasions as well.

“We don’t need you to type at all. We know where you are. We know where you’ve been. We can more or less know what you’re thinking about,” Schmidt said in 2010. “We know everything you’re doing and the government can track you. We will know your position down to the foot and down to the inch over time.”

Whether it’s pushing customers to put microphones in their ceilings, participating in the NSA’s PRISM program, or scanning every private Gmail account, the tech giant will undoubtedly continue to wield its state-backed power over millions of web users worldwide.

FK – It’s called ‘commie recruitment.’ The economy has been in slow collapse for years. I’m not sure the elites want such total ‘chaos.’ They understand that we ultimately outnumber them. One or two good leaders and they could be swept into the sea. It shouldn’t take a ‘leader’ but unfortunately I fear that is human nature.

Our blood domestic enemies aren’t ‘traitors.’ One cannot be a traitor against something one hates and has always hated. Time to recognize the creatures for what they are and what they’re doing: waging war on the Bill of Rights, Human Liberty and this country. It’s way past time to prepare for what will required.
