Whistleblowers Reveal CPS Child Kidnappings in Kentucky Adoption Business

In 2006 and 2007 investigative reporter John Boel exposed much of the corruption taking place in the “child protection” system in Kentucky. His reports were broadcast in the local media at that time, and included some amazing interviews with former CPS whistleblowers, documenting the depth of the alleged corruption within Kentucky CPS.

In a report aired originally on WLKY Target 32 News, news anchors begin the story by explaining that the station had to go to court just to get permission to air their investigative report, because the State of Kentucky attempted to censor their report from the public.

Reporter John Boel states that they were “being swamped with complaints” against CPS in Kentucky. He explains that his report gives an “in-depth look” into Kentucky CPS which exemplifies what they were hearing from so many other families who were coming to them.

Boel reports that children are often removed quickly with no evidence of parental wrong-doing, and that the State retaliates against those who try to fight back.

FK – Time to force the legislatures to deal with this issue, and if they won’t, find out why. Obviously CPS has too much power.

SAF CONSIDERS NEXT MOVE AFTER JUDGE DISMISSES I-594 LAWSUIT

The Second Amendment Foundation is disappointed that federal Judge Benjamin H. Settle today dismissed without prejudice our lawsuit challenging provisions of Initiative 594, the 18-page gun control measure passed in Washington State last November.

However, SAF founder and Executive Vice President Alan M. Gottlieb noted that in reaching his decision, Judge Settle acknowledged that “The Court is sympathetic to Plaintiffs in that one must actually be prosecuted or under actual or immediate threat of prosecution before the Court may address the constitutionality of a statute.” The judge further observed that “the fairness of this rule may definitely be questioned…”

“It is mind boggling that a law-abiding citizen evidently must put their civil rights, not to mention their clean criminal record, at risk before a court can rule whether a law is constitutional,” Gottlieb observed. “It is definitely unfair, and we believe every American will think it unfair that someone has to be chained and incarcerated before they are allowed to challenge an attack on their constitutional rights.

FK – There’s nothing ‘mind boggling’ about it. We’re at war. Our domestic blood enemies want us disarmed so we can’t hunt and eradicate them after enough finally see the necessity of doing so. That’s all it’s ever been about. The crime issue is a red herring, an excuse to persuade the ignorant.

FK – Why would someone that smart bother with shyster school, all that debt with no guarantee of a job?

Chuckie Schemer is the real danger. It should’ve been tried for treason and executed years ago. But ‘conservatives’ and ‘libertarians’ lack the brains to work together and the backbone necessary to form the militia force that would be necessary to do what will be required.

Schools Quiz Twelve-Year-Olds about Gay, Oral, and Anal Sex

A public hearing is taking place Wednesday morning in the Massachusetts State House to look into a controversial sex survey given to middle school and high school students.
Developed by the Centers for Disease Control and called the “Youth Risk Behavior Survey,” the survey asks students as young as 12 a series of very personal and highly ideological questions.

The survey asks students if they are homosexual and if they are transgender. It also asks if they have had oral or anal sex and if they have performed such acts with up to six people.

Whether or not they have carried a gun, smoked cigarettes, consumed alcohol and how much also appear on the questionnaire, as well as whether they have taken drugs, such as OxyContin, Percocet, and Vicodin. It asks how often their guardian uses a seat belt, if the youngster has a sexually transmitted disease, and where they sleep.

FK – Why does the human race have to go from one insanity to another? From calling an obvious birth defect/mental illness a ‘sin’ to pretending it’s ‘happy, healthy and normal?’

Every human should be educated about normal procreation as soon as or right before sexual maturity is reached. In other words if they can breed there’s a need for knowledge. Calling it a ‘sin’ is mindlessness and pretending that dangerous behavior is ‘normal’ is, well, dangerous and stupid.

The human race is still a very primitive species. We still exist in a very dark age.

How Much Of America Is In A Drought?

FK – Wow, 4 minutes eleven seconds without mentioning ‘global warming(man caused).’ I’m impressed.

Climate change is UN-led hoax to create ‘new world order’ – Australian PM’s adviser

FK – Of course there’s been ‘climate change’ as long as there’s been a climate, which the evidence shows is billions of years. The evidence also shows the “Liberal”(commie) trash will use any excuse, real or imagined, to control every aspect of every existence on this planet. It’s in their nature. They won’t stop until we force them to stop.

How To Fix America

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=huXqIcMRtoo

FK – I’ve said before that things have gone ‘too far’ and have for some time been trying to tell those who claim to love Liberty that it will take more than a few election cycles to fix this mess if it can be fixed. The recent action or inaction of the republicrats after re-taking the Senate proves this. We’re gonna have to go up there, not packin’ signs.

In a free country there’s no such thing as a group whose motives cannot be questioned. If you have that you have a serious problem. We have a serious problem….

Globalists Using Muslim Terrorists as Pawns

FK – Nothing new about proxy wars and the mindless falling back on mythology in hard times, per the comments below(follow the link). If this country is to be saved, if the Bill of Rights, what makes us ‘exceptional,’ is to be saved, it will take that tiny minority standing up and doing what will be required.

I’m not a billionaire and I can figure it out:

FK – How can someone that ‘smart’ not have known what he was doing when he voted for the Marxist mutt the first time around?

When?

FK – The collapse has been on-going for decades. For me it started with NAFTA(passed by the party of the little man). That changed things around here when the factory was sent to Central America.

I find it amusing that the commies and the ‘one percenters’ are fighting over a $15 minimum wage when many factory workers in this state don’t make that and are forced to work 12 hour days. The elites want desperate workers who will do or say anything to get or keep a job.

What about the comparison between the stock market and the Baltic Index?

The Hitlery will do the same thing the Marxist mutt has done: Wake lots of sheeple up, piss lots of people off, sell more guns and ammo than her husband ever thought about and maybe, just maybe, awake enough to what will be required.

A republicrat NWO hack in the now red house will put the brain dead tea partiers back to sleep or send them back to the golf course.

The war will be here soon. If not just prepare your tongue for boot lickin’.

There aren’t enough cops or soldiers to police the coming police state. We outnumber them. Remember that.

China Export Shipping Declines by Two-thirds

McConnell Might Save Obama’s Trade Deal — and Lose Senate in 2016

FK – Which tells us they don’t work for ‘us.’ I didn’t vote for Mccommie.

After NAFTA was passed by ‘the party of the little man’ American corporations didn’t move their factories out of the country because they felt sorry for the peasants in foreign lands. They want workers who will do or say anything to get or keep a job, show up on time and never ask inappropriate questions.

They’ve long had some workers around here on 12 hour days. It’ll be 16 eventually, as in China.

None of this will get better until enough figure out that we outnumber them and the upper middle class, the people with the brains and the money, figure out there’s no more corn in the trough. Until then it may be a rough road.

Do Cops Want Us Armed ? Chicago Police Sergeant Tells All WeaponsEducation

FK – So does Commienoise and chicawgo now recognize ccws from other states? I don’t think so. Is it a felony there or a misdemeanor? It might be a ‘big deal’ depending on which cop asks the questions.

If the police want our respect overall they need to stop enforcing the police state, to include the drug war, which is largely the reason for all the crime in urban areas.

We’re still a long long way from where we need to be, on many fronts, in this multi-front war. When the blood letting starts, it might not be over the Second Amendment. We exist in perilous times, in a very dark age.

Extreme Huntress with a Message

Charisa Argys wants to be a role model for hunters. Her goal? Spread the message that more women and youth can participate in hunting, and lobby for laws in states so that they are protected after the hunt. She is hoping to become the 2016 winner of the Extreme Huntress competition in order to help her goals become reality.

In 2014, Charisa became the focus of animal rights activists after she posted a photo of a mountain lion she killed in Colorado (2013). She writes:

In 2014 the picture of my mountain lion hunt was placed on an anti hunting Facebook page where extremist groups used it to attack me personally and hunting. I was attacked by people from all over the world, some even threatening to kill me and my children. I chose to stand up and speak out about those threats and work towards tougher laws to protect hunters from harassment in the field and after the hunt.

From her website:

I am a wife, mother, daughter and avid outdoors woman. I started my hunting adventures atop my father’s shoulders at the age of three, and have been hunting since that day. I believe in living with integrity, honor, morals and honesty; a person is only as good as their word. I feel those attributes are important to have as a positive professional role model.

As a mother of two small children, I take them with me so that I have the opportunity to hunt and they are a part of the experience. The first time I took them hunting alone they were 9 months and 2. Hunting in the Colorado back country with two little ones proved quite the challenge. One of my fondest memories was a pronghorn hunt with my daughter who was two. She was as excited as I was when I harvested a buck. I love that she is following in my footsteps.

Meet the 2016 Extreme Huntress™ Semi-Finalists

Our panel of judges have carefully read each of the entry essays submitted from all over the world. As usual, it was an impressive pool of applicants! It wasn’t easy, but they have narrowed the pool of entrants down to twenty  contestants who they feel are the candidates for the competition.

Voting will begin on May 1, 2015

Now it’s your turn to choose. We encourage you to read all of the essays and then vote for the one women who you feel should move on to the finals at the 777 Ranch in Hondo, Texas.

The deer and the real horror

Official: FBI Overlooked Texas Shooter’s Violent Tweets Because ‘There are So Many Like Him’

An unidentified “senior law enforcement official” tells the New York Times that, while the FBI had been aware of Garland, Texas jihadist attacker Elton Simpson for nearly a decade, they did not follow his violent, pro-jihad tweets as closely as they could have because “there are so many like him” that the agency is overwhelmed.

In a report highlighting the long paper trail Simpson left behind of supporting and engaging with jihadists online, particualrly on Twitter, the Times notes that the sheer barrage of information can make it difficult for law enforcement to identify legitimate and imminent threats out of a sea of wishful jihadist thinkers.

Simpson and his roommate, Nadir Soofi, attacked a “Draw Muhammad” art contest in Garland, Texas on Sunday armed with assault rifles. They were almost immediately neutralized by a traffic officer working at the Culwell Center in Garland, and managed only to shoot one officer in the leg before their demise.

The New York Times notes that, while the center was heavily monitored due to a barrage of terrorist threats online, Simpson himself had only been cursorily monitored. He nonetheless was extremely active on Twitter: “Mr. Simpson, a convert to Islam with a long history of extremism, regularly traded calls for violence on Twitter with Islamic State fighters and supporters, as well as avowed enemies of Pamela Geller, the organizer of the cartoon contest.”

FK – As I often write, we outnumber them… since they’ve been distracted by the ‘war on terror’ when they should be hunting our domestic blood enemies who work tirelessly to destroy the Bill of Rights. But then this is all a big mush. The elites control the system and encourage the ragheads for their own ends. So who are our real enemies?

Top federal court rules against NSA’s phone records program

A federal court has decided that the National Security Agency’s bulk, warrantless collection of millions of Americans’ phone records is illegal.

The sweeping decision from the Second Circuit Court of Appeals on Thursday represents a major court victory for opponents of the NSA and comes just as Congress begins a fight over whether to renew the underlying law used to justify the program.

That program “exceeds the scope of what Congress has authorized,” Judge Gerard Lynch wrote on behalf of the three-judge panel.

The law “cannot be interpreted in a way that defies any meaningful limit,” he added.

Additionally, the government’s rationale behind the program represents “a monumental shift in our approach to combating terrorism,” which was not grounded in a clear explanation of the law.

The Second Circuit’s decision provides the most significant legal blow to the NSA operations to date and comes more than a year after a lower court called the program “almost-Orwellian” and likely unconstitutional. The appeals court did not examine the constitutionality of the surveillance program in its ruling on Thursday.

Congress last reviewed the law in 2011, but even then, many lawmakers were not aware of the details of the NSA’s bulk collection practices.

Because most of the details were kept classified, “Congress cannot reasonably be said to have ratified a program of which many members of Congress – and all members of the public – were not aware,” Lynch wrote.

FK – And that’s the problem. When the bastards vote on laws they haven’t read they need to be dragged down the capital steps by their heels, given a speedy treason trial and hanged on the granite gallows out front. That’s why we need a militia in every county in this country.
