Exactly how the eight challengers — and the M4 — performed in a shootout to replace the M4, a soldier’s most important personal defense, has been shrouded in secrecy.

But an “official use only report” by the Center for Naval Analyses shows that one of the eight unidentified weapons outperformed the M4 on reliability and on the number of rounds fired before the most common type of failures, or stoppages, occurred, according to data obtained by The Washington Times.

The Army did not respond to The Times. At the time, the Army explained the cancellation by saying none of the eight showed a huge improvement over the M4. In the past, the Army, with an inventory of 500,000 M4s, has defended the carbine as reliable, accurate and popular among the large majority of soldiers. It has been upgraded throughout the war on terror to improve its magazine, barrel and sights.

war so that we can keep the governments in their place by keeping the
‘monopoly on force’ in the hands of the people where it belongs, as in
‘We the people.’ Remember that? It will not be infringed any further and
the ‘gun laws’ in existence will be repealed. End of discussion.

Time to repeal all of the ‘gun laws’ including GCA ‘68 and the NFA;
Shut down the evil BATF Nazis and try them for treason, and murder where
appropriate and distribute their retirement funds among their victims;
Then enforce the Bill of Rights on places such as Commiefornia and New
Yawk and Chigawgo and if necessary bring the troops home and have them

The Kentucky Environmental Education Council (KEEC) is joining with the Kentucky University Partnership for Environmental Education to host a series of public meetings in August for input on Kentucky’s five-year environmental education master plan. The meetings are scheduled for the times and locations listed below.

The master plan will be developed through a collaborative, stakeholder-based process that will guide the direction and coordination of environmental education delivery throughout the Commonwealth.

“Educators, parents, business and industry representatives, administrators or any other interested parties are invited to attend this public meeting designed to gather your ideas for how we can improve and coordinate environmental education across the Commonwealth,” said KEEC Executive Director Elizabeth Schmitz.

Texas Gov. Rick Perry lost his right to carry a concealed firearm after being indicted Friday on two felony counts of abuse of power.

While under his indictment, Perry is not allowed to carry a concealed firearm in a public place, and according to federal law 18 USC 922(n), he’s also legally prohibited from buying guns and ammunition, Austin American-Statesman reports.

But anyone walking a street anywhere or on any property still has their most basic right regardless of what some low-life trash declares. The Spokane Spokesman-Review reported yesterday that the overwhelming majority of financial support for Initiative 594, the 18-page gun control measure pushed by the Seattle-based Washington Alliance for Gun Responsibility (WAGR), comes from just ten zip codes in and around — surprise! — the Seattle area.

Veteran political reporter Jim Camden even put together a map showing where the big bucks neighborhoods are located. For grassroots gun rights activists who are suddenly fired up in the wake of billionaire Paul Allen’s half-million-dollar donation last week, this clarifies the situation. Examiner has alluded to this “Seattle-centric” support base many times, but Camden has given it visual reality.

It boils down to wealthy elitists using the power of their money in an attempt to dictate how citizens in the entire rest of Washington State shall live. This time the issue is firearms, but if they are successful at this, what’s next?

A medical conspiracy of epic proportions stands to bring down the entire vaccine house of cards following the revelation that the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) censored key data linking the MMR vaccine to autism. A top CDC researcher-turned-whistleblower has come forward with the truth about a study that the CDC has long claimed proves the safety of MMR, when in fact it actually shows the exact opposite.

FK – Expecting the commie news network or any “Liberal”(commie) trash to do anything but lie is a deadly mistake.

One retired Special Forces veteran in our group suggested that instead of grouping the police officers in large blocks (50 to 100 men), that  you should break up these groups into rapid reaction teams of 20 to 25 officers and disperse them, staging them in places spread around Ferguson, with a focus on the looters, not the protesters.  Our intelligence and police veterans concurred, and added that you should also task some officers to go out in street clothes to blend in to the crowds and work as Scouts, identifying threats and looters.  The plainclothes Scouts should be directing the rapid reaction teams to protect the businesses from the ongoing crime, and refocus the police assets away from unconstitutional activities like shooting CS gas at peaceful protesters and enforcing curfews, and get to the business of putting the real criminals behind bars.   If you think you need more minority officers for this role, you could easily find them in the St. Louis County Police Department, St. Charles County Sheriff Department, and other local municipal police departments.  The plainclothes officers can identify and locate the trouble-makers and their caches and resources, such as gas cans and bottles for Molotov cocktails, bricks, etc., and they can also film the trouble-makers in support of later arrests and prosecutions.

Those plainclothes Scouts can also be directly backed up by small teams of five to seven additional plainclothes officers to take down identified looters in a manner that uses minimum force along with effective surprise applied only to the actual suspected looter.  And those plainclothes small reaction teams can be further backed up by the uniformed rapid response teams, if needed, as they apprehend the looters and shooters.   If possible, each officer should have a small, discrete camera – such as a badge camera – pinned to their clothing and running at all times, so that there is a recording of all that occurs.
