2nd Amendment Alive and Well in Mexico

FK – Such an imperfect dangerous world. And here we complain when the air conditioning doesn’t work. If only we had real men in this country. But things will have to get much worse here. When the brain dead can no longer go to a steakhouse or watch NASCAR or golf on the weaponvision and the upper middle class see there’s no more corn in the trough maybe then they will fight. Meanwhile they will pick us off one by one.

Dashcam Footage: Ohio Police Drag Sleeping Passenger Out of Truck, Blind With Two Taser Shots to Eye

The Fayette County Sheriffs Office failed to return an Appalachian Area News request for comment but when asked about the incident by local reporters, Sheriff Vernon Stanforth said, “Deputy Sines was not reprimanded for the allegations.”

Sine said he “reviewed the video thoroughly” and believes the deputy “acted within policy.”

It is still not clear just exactly what laws Kelly broke by sleeping in the passenger seat of a vehicle.

FK – How much longer? We really aren’t safe anywhere now. See more below…

Call the Cops at Your Peril — Paul Craig Roberts

The worst people in the country are in our public institutions. This is why there is so little sympathy for the public sector unions now under attack by the Republicans. Americans look at their county commissions, their city councils, their criminal justice (sic) system, their governors, state legislatures, Congress, and the White House, and all that they see is evil and corruption.

There is nothing else there.

Americans who trust the criminal justice (sic) system are completely stupid. A case of
mass wrongful conviction that I wrote about years ago finally came to trial last November. Annie Dookham, a Massachusetts state chemist who falsified drug tests, thus sentencing thousands of innocent people to years in prison, destroying their lives and the lives of their families, was sentenced to 3 to 5 years in prison. Dookhan sent thousands of innocents to prison in order to aid prosecutors in attaining high conviction rates and in order to achieve her own rise as a highly productive state employee. The judge noted that Dookham had cost the state millions of dollars in settling wrongful convictions and had shaken to the core the integrity of the criminal justice (sic) system.

The Rule of Law is a Myth

FK – Never been to shyster school but of course the ‘law’ is inherently political. Politics is human nature and vice versa.

So if all the basic shyster students know this then all practicing shysters know they are participating in a scam whereby they enrich themselves at the expense of the poor and the ignorant, just as I’ve long figured.

One can find a ‘precedent’ or excuse in the case law just like the bible. No surprises there, since many black-robed shysters are authoritarians or whores for some system or corporation or another.

My solution?: Keep a militia force on hand in every county in this country whose primary job is the protection of the Bill of Rights. Whenever any elected, hired or appointed public servant clearly attempts to subvert the Bill of Rights they’re immediately arrested, given a speedy treason trial the same day and executed the same day via the granite gallows in front of the ctiy hall, court house, state house, U.S. capitol, and now Red House with the vid posted on the net for the world to see.

Here’s the guy’s article.

UK ‘journalists’ epitomize snotty attitude toward U.S. gun owners

The writer is terrified by the appearance of a woman with a gun? Really? That explains a lot right there. People are afraid of things they’re ignorant about. That leads to prejudice, which combined with admitted fear and obvious resentment, can result in hate — and when ignorant, fearful people hate, they often try to destroy.

“As in Glock, the renowned Austrian handgun manufacturer?” the feature then asks, returning to its headline and lede pun, just to make sure we noticed. Yeah, we got it the first time. If you need to repeat a punch line, you spoil the joke. Fouad’s “it’s funny because” shtick pretty much only works on “Family Guy,” and it gets old there, too.

FK – We will have to invade England and fix that country by eradicating its commie trash. No other fix will suffice.
